It’s a good location, very quiet hotel, but the breakfast was not the best
The breakfast option was not good and the food was bland
Very clean, cold AC, per friendly!!!! The elevator was very fast and spacious. Two queen beds (very comfortable) soft bed n soft pillows. Had snacks and hygiene products downstairs ( for additional charge) vending machines, breakfast was fabulous too scrambled egg and cheese, potatoes, waffle makers, cereal, muffins..nice for the price of the room. $125 per night, plus $25 extra for pets( thru booking .com). $100 security deposit per room, but credited to account after check out.

Also had a small pool, but a pool none the less.
3-5 min away from fast food and Walmart. Gas stations are more near the exit and cracker barrel. This hotel is a few min away from the exit but in a good area of town.
We had four roomS and were spaced out on every floor. One handicap room on the main level. I had wished we were more together( I have teenagers) but at least they were on the same floor as us, but. A few rooms down.
The room was clean and well layed out
It was not the room with the balcony we paid extra for.The pool was closed and had been for awhile.We had to make multiple trips when we left because theyhad no luggage cart available.

Location was great and the clerk at check in was awesome.
The TV and navigating to find something was impossible. The bed was really firm to the point of making sleep impossible for me. If you love a firm mattress it would be great, but for ny back it was miserable.
The location is great and the beds are comfortable. The room layout is great for the queen suite. The cleaning staff was kind. The lady working the breakfast room on Wednesday morning, 5/13, was incredibly wonderful and helpful in many ways. We very much appreciated her.
There was mold in the overflow drain in the bathroom sink. There was mold on the shower curtain upon arrival. There was hair under the pillows, an eyelash extension on the bed, plastic hair ties and clothes tags on the floor. The cleaning standards are quite lacking. We spoke to the front desk after the first night. They did a full clean of the room that morning and when we returned there was hair in the shower and on the beds that did not belong to anyone in our family, still mold in the drain, still hair ties on the floor, etc. To top it off, we had to get new keys every day. We would check them before we left to be sure they worked, but they would not work when we got back. We kept them very deliberately in pockets away from any phones or devices, so there was nothing to interfere with them. By luck the cleaning staff was nearby a couple of the times we returned and was able to let us into the room. They were very kind. Breakfast wasn't great, aside from fresh waffles, either. I don't generally write reviews, but we were quite disappointed with our stay this time. This hotel is only a few years old and seemed to be of a higher caliber, but unfortunately that is not the experience we had. I don't think we will be utilizing this facility anymore when traveling through Cullman with so many other options around.
I wish there was a washing machine on each floor
The price of the washing machines are you going to give a review probably meet your expectations as much as it is I give you a damn
The breakfast was great. The location to facilities and resturants was perfect. The hotel staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel for anyone staying in teh area
I thought that every thing was perfect for me. There is no need to make any changes. If there is one that I have to say would be more variety in teh breakfast juices
