Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly basic but food was fresh and dining area was clean.

Cons:

Beds were too firm, but that is typical for motels and hotels.

Highly recommend. Stayed here after exploring Cheyenne Bottoms.

Bed was comfortable. The town was quiet.
Pros:

Breakfast was enough. This is a small town and My expectation's were not high. It was your basic kinds of foods

Excellent staff, very clean and spacious rooms.
Pros:

They had a great selection of items for breakfast that you heated up yourself in the microwave so no cold rubbery food. We loved that it was on a quiet road and abutted a beautiful park so no one behind you either. There was a bar on property that served food, the prices were good.

Great place to stay in the middle of Kansas.
Pros:

First of all, the price, especially compared to Great Bend just down the road, was exceptional. Plus it is clean and quiet and includes a decent breakfast. Also, furnishing, carpeting, etc. is in good shape. Can't ask for much more for a quick overnight stay.
