I loved the size of the room
The mattress and pillows were awful. The mattress was hard and lumpy and the pillows were lumpy and very old and used
The room was a good size. It was a King suite.
The bed was to soft and the pillows had no support. Room clean-up was every other day. The breakfast was average at best. Paying $10.00 a night for parking was ridiculous.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed needed more pillows and heavier blankets.
They charged extra for parking.
Water pressure was low.
Ice machine on our floor was broken.

The room was nice, with a bedroom separate from the livingroom. The pull out had a comfortable mattress.
The pool was closed for maintenance, so that was a little bit of a bummer.
Lobby was too brightly lit. Breakfast was subpar.
was good except the pool was closed the entire weekend we were there with our kids. Also the elevator was broken and would go up and down floors and not let you out. That scared my kids big time.
Pool closed for the weekend and we weren't informed on Friday when they called and tried to move our room for them to fit more reservations for others.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as it could be for almost $200 a night.
We loved the room and the accommodations. Especially the pool!! My daughter loved the pool and i loved the exercise room
The hotel stay was mostly comfortable. When we booked, we requested a specific room near the stairs as we had our dogs with us. We did not want to bother the other guests. The room was noted in our Hilton app however it was changed when we arrived. Other than that, it was a great stay.
