Pros:

Check with your AI assistant? Hard to say as we did not get there!!

Cons:

I tried to cancel within the allotted time but my AI assistant could not handle it!! It was ridiculous trying to deal with the situation!!

Hilton Garden Inn is great!
Pros:

I liked that we had a room with an ocean view.The room was very clean. The staff was nice.

Cons:

There was a mix-up with my booking even though I had my reservation on my phone, they couldn't pull it up in their system. They soon found out what had occurred and gave me free parking for one day.

Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé, on peut se balader en ville. La chambre est grande et confortable. Possibilité de laver ses vêtements avec machine à laver et à sécher à disposition.

Cons:

Le prix des chambres est excessif et le parking pourrait être gratuit

Historic Pensacola Seville - Great Stay!
Pros:

Awesome experience! Courteous, attentive staff, in a new hotel in the historic Seville District. Great location!
Eve was awesome! Called each guest by name, offered a warm smile and made sure we had a great stay! She even assisted in an errant reservation.
Bar service was very attentive and friendly.
We’ll be back!

Pros:

The staff from the desk clerk to housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean. Onsite parking was a plus. Would highly recommend.

I thought it was ridiculous to pay to park in the hotel parking lot!!! Never had that happen at any hotel I've stayed at. Realized too late that bar drinks were absurdly high (ex. 2 shots of bourbon--=$24.00!!!). Charged to room, so 3 nights at 1 drink per person was shocking at the cost. Breakfast was not included, so we had to leave and find a place to eat that wasn't as expensive as the hotel's crummy buffet and served better breakfast.
