OK for a couple of nights, given the location.
Pros:

Breakfast was adequate, but no more. The location is excellent, but the room was too small for four people. Getting dressed was like a Yoga session, given the space left after squeezing in two double beds.

Could have been better
Pros:

The location was amazing, the room was very clean and the decor was inviting.

Cons:

I did not like how the staff treated me and my mother. Many of the staff were very rude and it seemed like we were bothering them when we had to check in or put our bags in the holding section.

A very big hazard and danger to us was when we tried to exit our floor by the stairs, yet they were blocked off due to "construction". The elevators were packed and not stopping at our floor at all even when we used our key cards for the hotel elevator. We decided to use the stairs but they denied us access and my mother and I along with 7 other guests were very upset at this as this is a fire hazard because the stairs should always be available to us in case of an emergency. When one of the guest called and told the staff that she was going to call the police, then they let us go through the stairs down to the laundry room and upstairs to the main lobby. All of the staff that directed us to the lobby through their make shift shortcut were extremely rude and yelling at us to make twists and turns through the path they made for us. Overall I was very disappointed with the way the staff treated us, but I did appreciate the location.

Pros:

Ubicacion excelente. Habitaciones cómodas y de calidad. Personal amable y atento. Me solucionaron un inconveniente 10 días después de mi salida respondiéndome al instante con predisposición.

Cons:

Sólo el espacio para desayunar es muy justo. Hay mucha gente agolpada en esos horarios generando algo de espera para ocupar alguna mesa. Nada grave. Cuanto más temprano asistes, menos gente hay.

החדר פיצי ממש אבל ממש ! אי אפשר לזוז . אולי ככה זה מנהטן אבל הרגיש לי מוגזם שאין איפה לזוז ותוקעים שם שולחן וכיסא בשנת 2026 כאילו מישהו כותב שם גלויות

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario. El hotel está en buenas condiciones. El desayuno es adecuado, concurrido pero se puede desayunar.

A great place to stay when visiting New York City

It was located right in Times Square with easy access to everything you need. The room was very nice. The bathroom was perfect. Breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

1-Estaba durmiendo y me tocaron la puerta super temprano solo para preguntarme a que hora haría mi checkout, pague una noche extra para descansar aunque me hiba a las 3 pm y no pude descansar .2 -Exploto un tuvo en el lobby del hotel y nos empezaron a meter para el área del desayuno formando un caos y no dejaba salir ni entrar a nadie,de verdad que gaste mucho dinero para pasarla mal. 3-No es la primera vez que me quedo en el hotel y siempre pasa una situación.

La ubicación.

Cons:

No la pase muy bien,pague 1 noche extra para estar mas tiempo en la habitación y me tocaron la puerta super temprano solo para preguntarme a que hora iba hacer el checkout y apenas eran las 8:00 am eso deberían de no hacerlos
