Comfortable and nice breakfast. Not a quiet place to lay your head.
Pros:

Great location to times square. Close to major attractions, easy to navigate to subway. Hot breakfast, hydration station to fill water bottles. Must have room key to use elevators. Offered luggage storage so were able to drop off luggage and walk and explore before being able to check in and before having to return to airport.

Cons:

If you're looking for a hotel that enforces quit times, this is NOT IT! Dogs barking and howling until early a.m hours w/o consequence to the dog owners. Children screaming in the hall late at night. I understand they can't control people's pets or children but why have rules if they're not enforced? Light switch controlled all lights in room so no way to have headboar light on and entry light off and vice versa. Exhaust fan didnt work and glass bathroom door made shutting it completely not possible.

Location was the primary reason we stayed at this hotel.
Pros:

Easy access to everything. You are at the heart of the city.

Cons:

Public restroom at the basement for all guest. Price and valet parking was expensive I thought.

I do not think we will return to this hotel. It is expensive for what it offers.
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, but very few options of fruits. The location was too crowded because is right in Times Square.

Cons:

The room is not cleaned every day. Nobody even take the garbish bags. We asked one lady that was cleaning other rooms, but she never came.
The room is very small, no place to put our carry ons.
The customer service is zero. I wrote about a problem we had, they never answered.
