Buenísima ubicación pero mejorable en otros aspectos
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena. El personal muy agradable. En especial Inocencia que estaba en el desayuno por las mañanas. El sistema de ascensores muy práctico.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, para 4 personas se queda muy estrecho y no hay espacio para pasar ni abrir maletas. Falta armario. Deberían avisar que el hotel se encontraba de reformas puesto que no se podía ni utilizar el gimnasio y la entrada al hotel se hacía por una puerta pequeña bastante incómoda.

La posizione è eccezionale a 500mt da times square, vicino alla metro E, colazione eccellente e abbondante. Qualità prezzo ottimo (ce da dire che nel periodo che siamo stati hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione)🙄🙄🙄

Pros:

Location was good for a short stay in theatre district.

Cons:

poor breakfast assortiment. Only one or two elevators worked, so it was rather long wait for elevator.

La ubicacion es excelente.

Cons:

El espacio del comedor y los escensores son insuficientes para la capacidad de alojamiento del hotel, las habitaciones no tiene espacio para guardar la ropa asi que para una estancia larga se hace compleja la acomodacion.

Pros:

Não tivemos problema com os elevadores e no café da manhã, que eram as maiores preocupações em razão das avaliações. Fomos final de março/2026 e ficamos até início de abril/2026, no meio do spring break. O hotel é confortável, limpo e perto de tudo. Há várias estações de metrô próximas também.

O depósito de segurança é bem caro, mas foi restituído no dia após meu check out

Sala della colazione troppo piccola per il numero di ospiti e grande confusione e difficoltà a trovare posto.
Ascensori troppo pieni e tempi di attesa molto lunghi.
I receptionist dovrebbero assicurarsi che i clienti abbiano capito le informazioni importanti (nel mio caso si è verificato un disguido relativamente alla prenotazione del taxi che ha avuto un costo eccessivo)

Posizione comodissima a 2 passi da times square.

Cons:

Camere molto piccole e molto sporche! Non c'è posto nemmeno per mettere via dei trolley bagaglio a mano.
In 4 giorni sono passati a pulire la stanza e svuotare i cestini solo 1 volta, con la conseguenza che molte camere avevano la spazzatura posizionata in terra fuori dalla porta. La camera inoltre era piena di polvere e capelli già al nostro ingresso.
Molto affollato, la mattina riuscire a trovare un ascensore libero per scendere può rivelarsi un'impresa davvero ardua.
