Cuando llegué pedi una personal de recepción en español no me quiso atender porque era su momento de descanso ( hora de comida) me puso a otra recepcionista en español de republica dominicana de excelente de atención y clara en todo!, la que no me quiso atender tenia la cara de mal humor y solo se pasaba platicando ahí con sus compañeros, antes un señor de recepcion solo habla ingles me mintio que no habia nadie que habla español.

Pros:

Localização perfeita! No meio da Time Square e próximo a uma estação de metrô. Funcionários super educados, fizeram de tudo para nos dar um andar mais alto que tinha. Limpeza impecável e muito confortável!

NEW YORK! NEW YORK! it's a helluva town!
Pros:

location to time square was the biggest positive only about 200m away, conveniently located near all the major attractions, which we walked to most of them e.g. museum, central park, empire state building, grand central station and subways

Cons:

the breakfast was super busy and seating capacity was always maxed out. there wasn't any organisation you basically had to try and snatch a vacant table or chair before anybody else did, the breakfast location was quite tiny and a lot of people trying to get in and out.
room sizes were very small, had to walk sideways to get around the beds, and if travelling with large luggage it was super difficult getting your clothes out and storing them in the room.
Bathroom was also quite tiny, but it is New York and this is the standard, so we didn't let it get to us, as we weren't prepared to pay thousands of dollars extra for a larger room.
