The breakfast was very nice. Fresh cut fruit would have been great to have. Having bathrobes in the room would have been nice.
Normally room attendants knock before entering. Ours opened our door in the morning without knocking. She stopped when she heard the television and left. We didn't actually see her. We were just surprised she did not knock.
Everything, except the customer service was lacking.
During my phone call to ask a question, the woman kept cutting me off. When checking in, another woman seemed like she did not want to be there.
I didn’t care for the breakfast. I had a bowl of Cheerios but it turned out to be sweetened Cheerios, so I didn’t like them.
I needed to go to urgent care for a sore throat and I was thrilled that the hotel was so close and the cost of a Lyft was reasonable.
I was in a hurry, but I didn’t see any little tubs of yogurt. I only saw a big bowl of plain yogurt, so I didn’t get any.
Quiet, great staff, comfortable setting with a clean environment, it suited my needs and expectations well, my third stay at this facility, and will most likely be back

Very nice and modern when you first walk in to lobby area. Front desk was very nice! Really liked the facility. Nice private areas for two people to sit, also additional seating all around. They have a nice dinning area all in the front lobby and big and open! Just loved the vibe. The breakfast area was more than I could expect and variety was great!!! Finally a hotel that doesn’t serve processed eggs that are salty. These were tasty and NOT salty at all. I cannot say enough about this hotel at this location.
Our rooms were great except when you opened the shower door, all the water runs on the floor which I had to use the extra towels. The towels were soaked. I did let the front desk know. Would like more counter space in bathroom. Hardly no where to put your cosmetics etc
I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it to Family and Friends

There are no bars to assist in the bathrooms near toilet and the toilets are super low. It would be helpful to have them in all rooms for safety

Nice area. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was just ok, served what looked like frozen eggos, other hotels I have stayed at served fresh waffles or pancakes. We were told breakfast was from 7-10 am, which was fine on Sunday, but when we went down for breakfast on Monday at 9 am it was already closed, we were told then not at check in that breakfast is served from 6:30-9 am weekdays. Not sure if we will be staying there any time soon.
