Perfect hotel for my needs.
Pros:

The Hyatt House met my expectations with it's proximity to the airport and restaurants. Room was clean and staff were all courteous and professional, they performed very well.

This last stay I was very disappointed with staff
Pros:

I was ok with property and reservation until I lost a necklace and till this day haven’t received it because according to the staff it was not left in the suite I was in, and none of the staff found it when me and my husband know it stood behind and remembered when we got home I had placed it on the sofa when putting my shoes on and forgot to get it

To get my necklace as well as denying it was never left there

Overall comfortable, nice stay!
Pros:

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable!

Cons:

My fire alarm went off simply because I took a shower. I had a daughter in a wheelchair in the room with me so trying to figure out if the fire alarm was in the whole building or just my room was frustrating. I had to go find someone to turn it off (which took time) and then an hour later got a call asking what was going on. It was a bit frustrating just getting it taken care of. AND it seemed ridiculous that it would go off just from a shower (I assume that’s what set it off as there was no other thing that seemed likely).

This Hotel was amazing! The suite room was more than I expected.

Cons:

Pull out couch was not comfortable. So be sure to share a bed with someone.
