Great stay, this has become our spot when visiting our son in college. Staff is always wonderful.
Cons:

During this stay the room is starting to look a bit weathered. There was something smeared on the wall as soon as you walked in. It was not a scuff mark.

Overall, a very good stay. Would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and good. Suite was well appointed and comfortable. Front staff was friendly and very responsive. Elevator was very fast.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not fully restock the room requiring us to get toilet paper and wash cloths from the front desk.

Perfect location but, smoking policy wasn’t enforced.
Pros:

The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. It was also convenient to our event.

Cons:

Even though the room was classified as “no smoking” it was very obvious the someone next door was smoking marijuana! It was so bad we left.

Overall, a wonderful experience.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming, problem solving, and professional, the rooms were clean, large and had helpful amenities, and the breakfast included a nice variety of food in a spacious setting.

Cons:

Only criticism is that some breakfast tables weren't cleaned after use. Perhaps, there could be reminders for guests, and/or additional help.
