Suburban Studios Montpelier

It wasn't bad. Very clean but they had Glade Plug-ins in our room and it gave me a horrible headache. Why would they do that? hiding something? Also, they had construction crew working on roads nearby who were obviously staying at the hotel. The restaurant was pretty bad. Food tasted like it was microwaved. I mean bad. I don't ever complain about restaurants. Don't waste your money - go to the gas station.

Hotel was good for one night. Minimal amenities - only shampoo and dryer barely works. The room was clean and staff was very friendly and kind. The room could have used more lighting. Thought the price was high for the value but it could be what prices are right now.

The room itself was decent. It was a good size and had everything we needed and seemed fairly clean. The door would not shut well. There were people sitting outside our door into the late evening. There was a broken beer bottle and food wrappers outside our door, one night when we returned. I would not highly recommend this stay.

The property was a little confusing as to where your room was. It was easy to get lost, but that might be me and not the hotel. My room was right above a wedding, which was loud as a wedding should be until close to midnight. The breakfast was OK. They have a laundry which was available. The dryer didn’t dry very well. Had to do it twice.

They overbooked the hotel and we ended up getting one bed instead of the two that we wanted and we ended up finally getting a bed that pulls out of a sofa but it was horrible yeah not very happy with it

Check-in was easy & very pleasant. Room was clean and well equipped. Breakfast was fabulous! I love all the options at Choice Hotels! My only request would be the option for sugar-free syrup. Otherwise it was perfect!

It was newly refurbished in guest rooms. Beds comfortable, quiet, good shower and nice frig. and kitchenette. Nice breakfast with friendly staff. Just there for one night, arrived late and left early.

Good place for a 1-night stay.

The reason i chose to stay at this hotel was for the ammenties of a hot tub, pool, and kitchenette in room to cook.
*The HOT TUB WAS NOT IN SERVICE!
*TO USE THE STOVE YOU HAD TO BE SUPPLIED WITH THEIR POTS AND PTheyANS OR THE STOVE WOULD NOT WORK,, WHICH ALSO INCLUDED AND EXTRA CHARGE THAT WAS NOT INFORMED IN THE AMMENITIES.
When I checked out and discussed this with the hotel clerk. They would not offer any type of compensation.
So the public should be aware of this so as to make a better decision of what hotel and amenities they will be getting.
Lesson lived and lesson learned.
I WILL DEFINITELY CALL THE HOTEL FIRST TO MAKE CERTAIN THEY HONOR ALL THE AMMENTIES THEY ADVERTISE AND NO HIDDEN FEES!!!!

Great stay overall. Very nice staff! Very quiet room. Modern rooms. Great price.
