It was an amazing stay. There shouldn't be any negative reviews. I can't wait to go back to Destin and when I do I will be staying at comfort suites again.

Pros:

• The room looked exactly like the pictures on Booking.com.
• I had a king, no‑smoking, disability‑accessible room with a bigger bathroom and bathtub.
• The parking lot had cameras and good lighting that came on around 6 PM.
• The parking lot wasn’t crowded.
• The room was clean with no unpleasant smells.

Cons:

• The hallway floors were extremely loud when walking.
• Phone service dropped in the elevator.
• The walls and floors were thin, so normal walking sounded loud.
• Put a large family with kids above me, I reported the issue and nothing was done to handle the issue.

Cons:

Very noisy people above us. Had to call front desk both nights we stayed and they were nice about it, but the noise issues were not resolved. We slept terribly.
