We stayed only one night, most likely will choose a different hotel next time.

Cons:

I stayed there because is a new hotel
but, I felt the room insulation was not adequate, as the heater kept going all night. Also, I could hear another unit flushing their toilet from my room.

Best Staff Ever
Pros:

Dilaila, the Manager went over the top to ensure our satisfaction. Upon learning that the curtains in our room wouldn't close, she made sure we were happy with slightly different but better accommodations. Dilaila made this experience a 10/10!

Could have a few improvements but overall a good stay. I would stay again.
Pros:

The staff at the front desk were so awesome!! They heard it was my daughter’s birthday and sang to her. The maids were friendly and were great and greeting or helping guests! I loved the staff they were so friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was great!

Cons:

The sheet on our bed looked dirty. The hot tub had several dead bugs in it. I didn’t like that the bathroom door didn’t have a lock. We still enjoyed our stay though and the room was the perfect size for our family.

Pros:

Room 131 had cockroaches Expedia and hotel refunded the 5 nights. The staff were understanding when showed the picture. The manager reached and said no know issues with cockroaches and thanked me for bringing it to there attention and they will have the pest control company come in it very unfortunate we encountered this experience.
