Housekeeping service was attempting to deliver towels to a room. We were not the room requesting towels. Not only did they come to the wrong room, they entered the room by using their key without knocking. If he had been 1 minute sooner he would have walked in while I was still in my under clothes

I won’t say all but the lady that I encountered after my stay that I spoke with on the phone was very rude and hung up in my face about me simply asking about a charge put on MY card…. About MY money lol….

One of the best extended stays I think it was Top Notch.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. They offered diffrent breakfast options every morning. The hot foods were hot, and the colds were cold, and they had extended times. The breakfast hrs. were til 10am on some days. That's an extra bonus.

Cons:

Loved everything about it. There's nothing negative I could say about our stay or the hotel

The room and facility was clean. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Great location to gas station and food choices. The bed was comfortable and our room was a great size. We had a kitchenette that was well equipped.
