Toilet flooded in bathroom
Stayed in a double queen bed room with pullout sofa, small coffee machine, tv and small frig. No curtains, but did have pull/up down shades. Coffee machine needs to be upgraded for Hyatt standards. Front desk staff didn’t not seem too friendly and knowledgeable. The pool area was not kept up so don’t expect clean pool area, towels or guests following rules. But if you don’t like following rules, then this is a place for you. Onsite restaurant was not as expected. The bartender, food cook and server was just one person. Don’t expect great food or service. Free breakfast was part of the stay, but not worth eating. Griddle was just a few steps away so that’s a plus as another option for breakfast. The good thing about the area of the hotel is that other restaurants were just a minute walk away, so, supporting businesses made up for what the hotel lacked. The noise level from the room perspective was good. If you don’t like hearing heavy walking or thumping sounds from other guests in the middle of the night, or hearing doors slam shut, this is a good place to stay. Overall it was okay. No hotel is perfect but this Hyatt could have been or done better.
Fantastic hotel in Meriden, Idaho! The hotel was very clean and the rooms very comfortable and nice! This hotel is in a newer area and there are some great eating places just outside the door. The hotel staffing is outstanding and my entire family raved about them and the hotel! We “ALL” would highly recommend the Hyatt Place Hotel in Meriden, Idaho!!!!

If you are looking for a professional and clean atmosphere, this is the place for you to take your business or just staying overnight.
The hotel is new, clean and relaxing. The evening front desk service was rude, tired and clearly not wanting to be there. Should have checked in somewhere else vs dropping $300 at 730PM at night and taking off their hands last minute inventory.
hotel rooms and staff are excellent and friendly love the L shape couch in the room with queen beds also love having safe in the room great option
