A new, clean, spacious hotel - Excellent proximity to the airport with free transportation
Pros:

This is a very new and clean facility with very spacious rooms at a reasonable price. The main reason for my staying here is proximity to the Sacramento airport. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The airport is about a 10-15 minute drive from the hotel and free transportation to (and from) the airport is provided by the hotel in their own van. Airport transportation services from the hotel to the airport are by request - the van used is new, clean and service is on time and punctual.

The bed was a bit too sore but that's how it is with hotel, wear and tear. I did notice the floors were not sweep because I found loose blonde hairs

Pros:

The staff was very nice. The layout in the lobby was nice.
The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We tried to make tea and we used the bottled water we bought. We saw dark floaties in the mug, which caused our water to be wasted.
The exhaust fan in the restroom didn't work.
Wish there were bottled waters in the room.

Very exhilarating and it was a wonderful place to stay and feel safe
Pros:

I love the hostess. I love the housekeepers. They keep it very clean. It feels like you’re at home here. It’s a good environment and I’ll always come here when I come to Sacramento. I am grateful for the patient they’ve had with me and my foot surgery and my preferences they always respected. I’ll give them a 10.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like is that when I wanna extend my stay that I have to go downstairs at 12 and and re-register stuff and I feel like people should be able to just come up and do that for you without you having to go downstairs, especially is very tiring sometimes I just wanna sleep in forever. I don’t wanna get up and have to figure out when I get there by 12 every day so that’s the only thing I don’t like OK anyway

Well, to pay money for the fact that when I first got here, they put me in a room and right across the way construction was going on across the door was open and I kind of was apprehensive about whether to stay in the room so they put me in another room, which was great and basically I feel they should just give the customer what they really want and sometimes it’s not fair just because a person ended up having to extend that has to leave her room to go to another room constantly. That’s crazy to me.

Airport transfers are now less frequent than previous stays, and daily parking charge has increased… probably won’t stay here again. That was primarily why we chose this over other options
