Hyatt Place stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice. The layout in the lobby was nice.
The room was comfortable.

Cons:

We tried to make tea and we used the bottled water we bought. We saw dark floaties in the mug, which caused our water to be wasted.
The exhaust fan in the restroom didn't work.
Wish there were bottled waters in the room.

Very exhilarating and it was a wonderful place to stay and feel safe
Pros:

I love the hostess. I love the housekeepers. They keep it very clean. It feels like you’re at home here. It’s a good environment and I’ll always come here when I come to Sacramento. I am grateful for the patient they’ve had with me and my foot surgery and my preferences they always respected. I’ll give them a 10.

Cons:

The only thing I don’t like is that when I wanna extend my stay that I have to go downstairs at 12 and and re-register stuff and I feel like people should be able to just come up and do that for you without you having to go downstairs, especially is very tiring sometimes I just wanna sleep in forever. I don’t wanna get up and have to figure out when I get there by 12 every day so that’s the only thing I don’t like OK anyway

Cons:

Well, to pay money for the fact that when I first got here, they put me in a room and right across the way construction was going on across the door was open and I kind of was apprehensive about whether to stay in the room so they put me in another room, which was great and basically I feel they should just give the customer what they really want and sometimes it’s not fair just because a person ended up having to extend that has to leave her room to go to another room constantly. That’s crazy to me.

Cons:

Airport transfers are now less frequent than previous stays, and daily parking charge has increased… probably won’t stay here again. That was primarily why we chose this over other options

Nice, comfortable bed and pillows.
Pros:

Didn’t have the breakfast because it was not free as the hotel advertised nor was it .10 as you advertised.

Cons:

The breakfast is not free, nor is it .10 cents as you stated. When you screenshot their cube for hotel information it states the breakfast is complimentary, but when I got there I was told it was $12.00. I showed them what they had stated and that didn’t seem to matter to either the host or the reservation desk.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t shower, when I got to my room. I had to call maintenance , the drain smelled terrible & like sewer water, it was backed up with hair from previous stays. I still have not received my deposit for my stay specially when the room was clean. I also have not received a callback from the manager regarding this matter.
