Funky and fun, great amenities (though I was disappointed the bar/restaurant wasn’t open)
Heard a lot of noise esp from the room above, though everyone seemed happy to keep the usual quiet hours
L’originalité
Rien à signaler
I really enjoyed the Route 66 experience and room look & feel. The room was clean in general although there was quite a visible stain in the armchair. The staff was very nice, I enjoyed a complimentary drink: water or local beer. I saw people enjoying the swimming pool or barbecuing or sitting around a fire, very nice it is possible there. Dogs are accepted.
Stain in the armchair. No breakfast.
Such a fun place! Room was super comfortable. The outdoor amenities were an added bonus. The person at the desk was so friendly and helpful. This was my favorite stay on a lengthy trip. Totally recommend!
Breakfast would be nice, but the price reflects not having breakfast. She gave us a wonderful recommendation for breakfast. So, there really isn’t anything I didn’t like.
Loved the vibe. Clearly put in a lot of thought and effort. Beds were very comfortable. Room was very clean.
Got a little scared by how hot the little fridge got. We kept the cabinet door open to help ventilate.
Amazing stay! The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail. High-quality toiletries and a very comfortable bed made it easy to relax and sleep well. The coffee was delicious, both in the room and in the lobby. There were also great amenities, including a fantastic pool. Highly recommended!
The only thing missing was a hairdryer in the room.
Staff was quiet but nice. Clean for the most part. Unique opportunities for play/interaction with fire pits, pool, hammock, cornhole, bikes, telescopes and board games to borrow. Loved the disco ball in the room along with the vibe in general. “WE ARE ALL MADE OF STARS.” Colorful buildings that seem to be well maintained overall.
Room didn’t have a microwave which we were counting on. Also not sure they changed the sheets so we stripped them completely when we left to ensure it’s done for the next guest. Weird stains on the bed if so…bit unsettling. Also no continental breakfast. BUT iHop is literally next door!
Staff was overall great. We had problems with the fan/ac unit in the room and they were great about helping us with it and eventually finding us a new room. Amenities were great and the little restaurant/snack bar was really good.
The queen room feels a little cramped with the chairs in it and there was the ac problem, which was fixed.
We loved the 70's vibe and loved the downtown area. Had fun shopping and eating dinner at a nice little irish place.
We had a great time!! It was a fun experience!!
The hotel is lovely, and it’s nice to see that the owners try to make it unique, even in the small details.
The only downside is if you stay on the first floor and happen to have a nighttime neighbor, like we did. He was walking back and forth all night, and the creaking was very loud — it felt like sleeping in an old haunted castle.
I would recommend that families be placed on the second floor, as they usually settle down after 10 pm.
Proximity to downtown
Cleanliness. Lack of supplies. Room was so not ready for occupancy.
Our refrigerator was full of previous tenants food. Had no room for our drinks
