Muy buen hotel para pareja que quiere pasear por NYC
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, muy buena atención. Habitación mediana pero con todo para personas que busquen una suite con microondas, nevera, y lavaplatos. Buen colchón de la cama de dos plazas. Ascensores muy rápidos y con sistema moderno para subir y bajar. El desayuno incluido, pero “básico”. Cumplidor. Como detalle: Al frente hay un pequeño “market” 24 horas donde venden comida al peso.

Cons:

Detalles: El sofá cama muy incómodo (se sentían los resortes), por lo tanto recomendamos la habitación para una pareja, más que para una familia de 3. La puerta del baño y de la ducha eran corredizas y no se cerraban del todo.

Un ottimo hotel a due passi da Times Square
Pros:

Disponibilità e gentilezza dello staff, ottima posizione a pochissimi passi da Times Square con tutti i servizi vicini sia per spostarsi che per mangiare. Hotel pulitissimo , colazione sempre ben riassortita, anche in orari di massima affluenza. Le camere sono tutte attrezzate, consentono di potersi organizzare per qualche pranzo/cena in stanza.

Cons:

Il divano letto è scomodissimo, ci hanno fornito delle “imbottiture” per attutire un po’ le molle ma andrebbero completamente sostituiti.

Average but good location
Pros:

Room was lovely, albeit a bit small but it was enough for a short stay.

Cons:

No turn down service. Were there 3 nights no clean towels or bed sheets. We asked and the staff didn’t understand us. When speaking to reception they told us we could t have clean things.
The lift situation is great when it’s quiet but not when it’s busy.
Breakfast was heaving!!!

In generale il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente

Struttura eccellente, ottima per la posizione, per la pulizia, per i servizi e per lo staff molto disponibile

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuta a livello organizzativo la soluzione per le colazioni… troppa confusione, posti a sedere insufficienti per tutte le persone e il più delle volte sono stata costretta a consumare il mio pasto in piedi

Głośna klimatyzacja, ktorej nie da się wyłączyć

Bardzo miła obsługa, bez problemu dostałam dodatkowe herbaty i płatki do demakijażu kiedy o to poprosiłam.

Cons:

Klimatyzacji w pokoju nie da się wyłączyć. Sama uruchamia się w nocy, jest bardzo głośna, nie da się spać.

other than the elevators i would say i can see myself staying here again in the future.
Pros:

the location is perfect it is by times square and near 5th avenue and all the touristy places and not too noisy and busy. the room and amenities are fine for couples. staff is very helpful.

Cons:

the elevator is a pain. if you trying to use the elevators at 9-10am it is always full and i always end up taking the stairs. pressing to get an elevator and going to the correct one is challenge.
