Pasamos una estadía complicada y ensombrecida por algo que ellos tienen en su instalación de circulación de aire que genera un ruido permanente en las habitaciones que es imposible dormir. Nos quedamos porque no teníamos otra opción. No lo recomiendo en absoluto. La atención del gerente es pésima, por un lado nos hizo un descuento para callarnos la boca y luego, no nos devolvieron el deposito de 500 usd. Ojo con las retenciones de dinero que después no la reintegran. El desayuno es muy malo, todos los días lo mismo y de mala calidad

Great location with spacious rooms for NYC
Pros:

Location was excellent for popping out and walking around times square and surrounding area. Room was great with everything that we needed including kitchen. Spacious size for NYC and bed was comfortable. Room had a great view of shops and streets below

Cons:

Breakfast was not the best. limited choices and completely over crowded. We skipped it most mornings and opted to go out and buy something. Street noise was quite loud. We were on a high floor but still woken in the night with people on the street.

Near in the time square for a person who love city nights near from every shopping mall and entertainment the place is clean and has agood staff and good breakfast

If you love province you dont like the place because you will be consious walking because lots of tall building it might something fall in your face and so pulluted

Pros:

la ubicación es excepcional, en la calle 48 en pleno times square en la esquina con m&m, la habitacion estaba super limpia, dispone de cafetera, nevera, cubiertos..
la relacion calidad precio supero nuestras expectativas.
fue una autentica sorpresa ver donde se encontraba el hotel.
el desayuno esta bien para comer algo y empezar el dia, el hotel dispone de maquinas de refill para poder llenar las botellas de agua.
sin duda volveriamos sin pensarlo.
