Pros:

The location was excellent. I was able to walk in 15 minutes to everything I needed to go to. Reasonably easy to get to Newark airport by train as well from Penn Station, a 20 minute walk. The room was good too - comfortable, quiet. Check-in and out was smooth.

Cons:

It wasn't the worst breakfast I have ever had. But it wasn't good. I came early every day to avoid the rush. But it is what a hotel would provide if they thought of the breakfast as a freebie. Breakfast cereal, bread, scrambled eggs, some form of potatoes, weak filter coffee like we used to drink in the 1980s from a paper cup. Meat eaters could have some kind of low end meat too. On the plus side, there was a fruit bowl.
