My reservation that I paid for was not honored by the hotel.
Cons:

I paid for a king bed, but there were none available when we checked in. We were given 2 queens instead (which was fine). I requested a partial refund but was denied by host. This tells me that booking with booking.com is unreliable and/or the hotel didn’t honor the booking.
