Pros:

Basic hotel reasonable for the price

Cons:

I PAID FOR SUPER LATE CHECK OUT AT 3PM THEY STARTED KNOCKING THEN CALLING AT 11AM TELLING ME I WOULD BE CHARGED BECAUSE IM STILL THERE AFTER CHECK OUT AND THEY DONT OFFER THAT SERVICE... UM HELLO I PAID FOR IT. IT WAS A WASTE BECAUSE I WAS AWAKE ANYWAY SINCE THEY REFUSE TO READ THE SCREEN NOTES!!!

Very caring staff that seem to be emotionally engaged in their jobs and care about guests happiness and satisfaction.
Pros:

Very helpful staff. They seemed to care about their work. The man who was attending all the valet parking was especially helpful and gave us special service when we were attending our son’s college graduation. Very kindly provided access to the car for extra packing and unpacking. Liked that staff didn’t use the fake retail corporate speak- all seemed genuine with their unique personalities and were able to communicate in their own respectful styles.

we were navigating our move out of the area and the hotel was a welcome respite from our labors

It was fine other than hair in bathroom.
Pros:

Clean overall decent breakfast, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival found quite a few black curly pieces of hair in bathroom yuk!!!
Location distance from airport, cab was 20.00 one way would be nice to have a shuttle .

Overall, great experience. However, you should let guests know parking has limited availability on-site.
Pros:

Nice and clean hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good too. Housekeeping and breakfast staff were attentive.

Cons:

Night auditor was rude upon check in. I had done a pre-check in before my arrival and added my vehicle information, however, upon checking in, she was rude and not helpful and I had to find street parking at 2am. We were not informed about the limited parking spaces prior to checking in. I also had to ask her many questions to get information about our room and amenities.
