My stay was overall nice.
Pros:

Location was good, price was fair. Rooms were clean. Staff was polite

I loved staying at this hotel, very clean and modern.
Pros:

The location is perfect. It is closer to the SJSU campus, where we picked up our daughter. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and attractions. The employees were very welcoming. I loved staying at this hotel! The valet parking was a plus 👍🏼

Cons:

The breakfast was ok; Management could improve by adding more options, such as baked potatoes or different types of eggs. The guests would appreciate more and would love staying at this hotel, in addition to receiving very good service.

The parking service Charge $25 but they didn't provide the full service in parking.we have to pick up our cars from garage by ourselves as there's nobody provide the parking service when leaving. Meanwhile. We found the car window was open , It must opening all the night.luckily we didn't lost something， But the parking service so badly ,they should return the parking charge, But nobody response， so badly. The hotel is in my blacklist hotel.

The hotel was nice but I am unlikely to stay there again
Pros:

the room was very comfortable with all of the amenities you could ask for. The bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean. The shower was spacious with a great showerhead.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The people upstairs could be heard walking around very clearly until at least 11:30PM. We were also right above the automatic gate for the parking garage so we could hear that every time it opened and closed. Also a lot of traffic. If you don't want to pay for valet parking, your only option was to park on the street,

Won't be going back
Pros:

Basic hotel reasonable for the price

Cons:

I PAID FOR SUPER LATE CHECK OUT AT 3PM THEY STARTED KNOCKING THEN CALLING AT 11AM TELLING ME I WOULD BE CHARGED BECAUSE IM STILL THERE AFTER CHECK OUT AND THEY DONT OFFER THAT SERVICE... UM HELLO I PAID FOR IT. IT WAS A WASTE BECAUSE I WAS AWAKE ANYWAY SINCE THEY REFUSE TO READ THE SCREEN NOTES!!!
