I roomed alone and I felt very safe at this hotel. Every time I came back to my room I had new towels and linen. The staff there is super sweet. The food was 10/10. My go to hotel now ! I love it ! I had a great first experience

Terrible. This property looks brand new from the outside, but on the inside it’s just lipstick on a pig. Everytime we ran a hair dryer the power in the room would go out, the shower handle fell off, and the toilet was only loosely attached to the floor. We asked for a different room multiple times but they kept telling us the problem was fixed. It wasn’t. There was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee. The bar was literally out of half the beer they offered and all whiskey and bourbon. One of the ladies at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. She was the only bright spot.

The pillows were horrible (not plush at all), and the blower in the bathroom had a rattling noise.

Front desk staff friendly and my bed comfort was wonderful. Have stayed at this hotel in the past & had zero issues. Unfortunately, I didn't have a functioning toilet the entirety of my 2-night stay even though I reported the issue within 12 hours of my arrival. No explanation given by staff as to why the repair wasn't made or the reason why I wasn't relocated.

It’s relativity new and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent from being greeted upon check-in to our check out.The check-in was easy and the staff was very personable and friendly. The room was clean and updated with excellent amenities. We has cookies from the Bistro for a late snack and they were excellent. We also had breakfast at the Bistro. Both the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito that my wife and I ordered were very delicious. Both the night staff and day staff at the Bistro were excellent.

The hotel and room were newer condition, clean and very accessible to downtown Tuscaloosa. Staff was very friendly, and the entry / waiting area was very nice. The pillows were flat and not comfortable. The hotel is in an area that you would not expect (rough neighborhood) with a lot next door that had individuals blaring their loud bass music into the night. You can not hear the people next to your room, but you can hear when people stomp up stairs. Overall not a bad place to get some sleep and a nice shower.

Room amenities were amazing; food options, lobby and bar were welcoming, Helpful staff too!!
