Para quem não é muito exigente, atende às necessidades.
Pros:

A localização é boa, mas o fato de a cidade estar cheia de neve não possibilitou as caminhadas a pé. Os funcionários da recepção foram solicitos. O quarto é agradavel

Cons:

Eles dizem que tem estacionamento, mas não fica claro que é pago, e gastei 20 dólares por dia com isso. Achei ruim, e nem é com acesso direto do hotel, você anda 1 quarteirão. Para dias com a rua suja de neve ou chuva, é inapropriado. A limpeza do quarto não foi realizada diariamente. Tive que pedir 3 vezes na recepçao, quando vi que no dia aonterior nao fizeram a limpeza

No mention of paying for a parking deck 1 block away and, when available, having to pay to park in handicapped in front of the building....Im a senior and that should have been disclosed....Overall

Nice hotel
Pros:

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good also. The young lady that checked me in Thursday evening was extremely nice and gave great customer service.

Cons:

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Parking garage wasn't close enough

I was disappointed.
Pros:

The breakfast was fine Hot and it tasted good. I brought it up to my room to eat.

The first time I stayed at this hotel. I was so impressed. As soon as I walked in you immediately noticed the cleaniness in the lobby it also had a clean smell. The check in person was very helpful. Was clear on the instructions and answers. Since this was my first stay I truly appreciated it. I was looking forward to staying here again, I purposely booked this location. I was extremely disappointed. The entrance didn't have that sharp clean look to it. The person behind the desk, never looked up when they talked to me and spoke so low I had to keep asking her to please speak up and I don't have a hearing problem. My room was at the 4th floor. The floors were dirty and it looked like it never was vacumed, the elevators had trash on the floor and the elevator doors were a mess

While clean and conveniently located, this hotel and its staff demonstrate no care for guests.
Pros:

The hotel room and common areas were well kept. Didn't seem as slapped-together and superficial as a lot of newer hotels in this price range.

Cons:

I specifically sought accommodations with guest parking included. This establishment says they offer guest parking but do not mention you'll be paying for your parking or that the parking garage is off-site. The staff were glib and unapologetic about this clear misrepresentation of included amenities.

Towels in room retained stains from previous use. Disgusting.

Cleaning personnel also disappeared my bear trimming shears the one time they cleaned the room during my stay. Front desk was absolutely zero help liaising with cleaning crew to find out what happened to my property.

Free wi-fi is apparently rated for 1998-era internet access. Had to pay $5 /day for actual internet access. Despicable bait and switch business tactics. "Not-my-problem" approach to customer grievances abounds.
