Don’t pretend to be what you’re not.
Cons:

Food was just okay. Housekeeping knocked o my door at 10:00 am expecting me to leave when check out was at 11:00, rude. Breakfasts was delivered late and was awful. Too expense for the sub par service staff. Staff needs a lot more training. They are trying to be a 4-5 star hotel and is mediocre at best not worth the cost.

Stay was ok but the fact they charged my card more than what the actual room cost is diabolical. Waiting for a refund fo
Pros:

I like the pool and gym

Cons:

The staff doesn’t communicate to each other when they switch shifts and overcharge me several times. Also, they tried to charge me for water. I didn’t drink.
