Overpriced and night bartender made it negative.
Pros:

Location . Restaurant staff was accommodating.

Cons:

First OVERPRICED PER NIGHT greatly .Staff had very little knowledge of what was in walking distance . Check in was difficult due to their error . Night bartender was rude and overbearing.

I didn’t eat breakfast. A light dinner off the appetizer menu was excellent. Wendy st the hostess stand was warm and accommodating.

Cons:

Newer facility still coming together with smooth operation of food service but working diligently to iron out the wrinkles.

The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons:

The bathroom was not cleaned completely. The floor was dirty, especially around the base of the toilet. I questioned ever staying at this property for anything, if the room rate is more expensive. I WOULD NOT pay more for another nights stay at this property.

They BEST place to stay in Abilene
Pros:

I can't express the kindness Ashley has shown. I wanted to give my daughter and son in-law this stay as a gift for them. They always give and barely receive. Ashley put them in the prettiest view and a little goodie from the hotel. People like this are hard to come by. This lady showed so much kindness. This hotel is so beautiful and the restaurant is the best. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Pros:

Courtney and Aubrey are professional and friendly you can talk to them as if you’ve known them since elementary days it’s nice knowing you can come here relax talk as if your friends and they give you everything you need, no other place I’d rather be than the double tree, they treat you like family here and everyone loves it

I love Kaitlyn she reminds me of my sweet sweet grandmother she’s so nice and thoughtful, she helps me when I’m lost and confused and she just knows everything about this town.
