The girl at check out was rude
The room was nice and the kitchenette was very convenient. The location was excellent.
The only thing that would have been better is to have plates and utilities in the kitchenette. But its ok, we bought paper plates.
Best lobby of any My Place I've stayed at. Front desk staff at check in was friendly and helpful, even giving us a room upgrade. Comfortable space and beds.
There was some kind of red substance on the wall, back of toilet, and side of bathtub, as well as hairs in the shower/tub, that housekeeping missed. Smoke alarm (battery died) went off at 2:30am waking us up. Ice maker in freezer didn't work. Bummed that all M.P.'s are owned separately and I was told when originally staying at one that even if I book on a 3rd party site I would be able to accumulate my membership points, but that doesn't appear to be happening. Nor have I been able to take advantage of price matching, which is supposed to be a membership perk. None of that is applicable for this particular property as they were helpful, but just a note on M.P. protocol in general. While check in was great, with friendly and helpful front desk, check out not so much. The clerk appeared to be really disinterested in helping and was bent over her phone instead.

Hoping to not sound to negative because Im not meaning to be but feedback is crucial so I hope this helps. So the kitchen aspect was disappointing.......I assumed there would be at least service for 4. You provide a kitchen with nothing in it. I would suggest specifying that more clearly in your description and also offering a reasonable priced kitchen package at check in. Most people don't travel with dishes and utensils on a get away vacation. We were not asked if we wanted our room serviced and it was not. I am not sure if this is something we needed to ask for. Location was great. The staff at check in was great. Morning staff was not to engaging. TV channel selection was not very appealing as well. We had two toddlers and could only get 2 channels for kids. Instruction manual would help for TV as well. That being said place in general is decent and all in all we would stay there again. price is GREAT!

Conveniently located to the freeway.
No shower bars. I don't need a handicap room but would have felt safer with nonslip shower and hand bars in tub.
