Was just an okay experience. Had to pay to use a fridge. We were charged for coupons we didn't use.

Food in restaurant. Rooms comfortable

Cons:

When cleaning room, didn't leave any clean towels, washcloths etc. Only had the one towel that had been used night before. Ice machine not working, reported but never fixed.

Lovely stay, beautiful rooms, and we were able to experience almost everything there!

Pros:

My $400 security deposit has not been returned since January 1, 2026. When I contacted the hotel, they deleted my comment instead of addressing the issue. I also contacted Booking, but they avoided responsibility and said they are not responsible for this matter. This situation is very disappointing and unprofessional. Return my money now !!

Poor house keeper service horrible experience i was woke up by guess services 11am to let housekeeping in I told them give me 1hour I would exit room left ce back 3hrs later to get dressed for my Sisters funeral room never cleaned
Calle front dest they apologized said give them 10mins my sister funeral was a 6pm. Came back from funeral room still not cleaned no sheets on bed no towels very stressful I had to pack up and change rooms

Excellent…
Pros:

II liked everything about my stay, if I had to critique anything it would only be that I wish I had a room on a higher floor the view was EVERYTHING. Me and my boyfriend had a blast and I couldn’t have expected anything better
