L’emplacement que j’avais choisi moi-même

Tout sauf l’emplacement
J’ai séjourné dans des centaines d’hôtels dont quelques dizaines via Booking , c’est la première fois que je réponds à une enquête de satisfaction tellement le rapport qualité prix était affligeant.
Malheureusement c’était pour une première fois à New York. Malheureusement l’hôtel fera partie de mes souvenirs de cette découverte

Pokoj je docela prostorný, čistý, světlý a pohodlný. Postele jsou pohodlné. Měli jsme zaplacený pokoj s výhledem na Central Park, ale ten žádný nebyl. Viděla jsem jen na okolní budovy - 15.patro.
Hotel má ideální polohu pro objevování Harlemu.

Cons:

Hotel působí trochu omšele. Snídaně jsou z menu, nicméně v restauraci nebylo místo. Večeři i snídani jsem si objednala a odnesla na pokoj, což mi nevadilo, ale pokud by někdo chtěl posedět v restauraci, tak si musí dlouho počkat na místo.
Výhled y pokoje na Central park neexistuje, je to podvod.

Disappointing

Beautiful hotel

Cons:

Very bad service. Workers with attitude. My flight was delayed for a few hours. I arrived at the hotel at 6am, I was supposed to be there around 2am. When I arrived, my resevation was already cancelled. I tried to email the hotel earlier about a question I had and got no answer so I didn’t see it necessary to mail about my delay. There was a whole issue with the included breakfast. I booked a room for for adults with breakfast included. On arrival they told me the breakfast was only for two people. Not a nice experience overall when I think about the way we were treated.

Cool Stay
Pros:

Location is centralized to a lot of things, and it was only three stops to Yankee Stadium on the train. When you first enter the hotel, you can be thrown off because it's next to the Apollo Theatre and it doesn't look like a hotel, but you get on the elevator and go up to the floor. The staff was nice and professional. The room was a nice size, but it felt like a boutique hotel. The restaurant on the 5th floor was cool too. I enjoyed the service, food, and drinks. It's also within walking distance of the train station and the Studio Museum in Harlem.

Cons:

I am not a fan of the beds that are low to the ground, and that's what I had in my double room. There was no ironing board; I did not request one, just ironed on the extra bed in the room. The one thing I am currently working on with corporate is that a part of the ceiling fell down in the tub. I think it was a poor paint job or something, and a combo of a hot shower made it lift, and pieces fell into the tub, so I am requesting that at least one night be refunded because this is not acceptable ever, but especially when someone is showering.

In all, the room is expensive. Hopefully certain days there could be discounts.

The place was beautiful with exquisite personal touches. Overall, I had a great time. The view from my room was a amazing. The Bellhop immediately received my luggage and escorted me to the lobby and gave me directions to the front desk which was a great personal touch of class. The front desk assistant and waiters were very hospitable. A great thing was that I did receive an upgrade that I asked for. If they implement and change some of the

The incidental was $200-way to expensive and no other hotel I ever booked was that high. Truthfully, the incidental should be canceled and if someone does damage the room then they should be charged. Also, I received a voucher for food but it did not cover the whole price for breakfast including tax and tip. It would have been a better experience if this was fully covered. Another concern I had was when housekeeping knocked on my door and said housekeeping even though I had do not disturb on my doorknob and I said do not enter. Lastly, more toilet paper was needed for the room. Only a small amount was provided.

Cons:

Check in was terrible. It took over 30 minutes to check in. Very unorganized. They gave us a $25 food/drink voucher to use but refused to let us use it on the morning of check out.
