It's just great. I checked in 2pm on Saturday and the lobby bar was buzzing. After 17 hours straight on a jet plane, I had a truly mind bending experience. Cocktails and food, spot on, and the guy with the waxed moustache was a boss! He missed a cocktail from my bill, gave me it for honesty, and we met in the middle. My room was cool. Loved the shower and soaps and gels. Clean, comfortable and nice decor. Really good location. Yeah, great time!

Cons:

Bit chaotic but in this case it's a good thing

em nossa estadia ficamos sem calefação e sem água quente, sendo que estavamos no inverno rigoroso de NY, completamente inviável não proporcionarem isso para os hóspedes, além disso, o contato com administrativo na tentativa de resolver foi muito difícil. E como se não bastasse, fizeram cobrança errada no check out que ainda não foi resolvido e não devolveram o dinheiro

Je n’ai vraiment pas envie de citer car j’ai pas ce courage là d’après ce vol qui m’ont pu faire

Cons:

J’ai été cautionner 10 ans, on m’a pris un emprunt un Déposit qui n’a jamais été remboursé. J’ai fait un recours en a envoyé un message mais c’est les mêmes messages qui me renvoie. J’appelle ça un vol vraiment très sale, je suis vraiment dégoûté et plus jamais je partirai là-bas, j’en parlerai sur mes réseaux aussi pour dénoncer cet acte.

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Renaissance New York Harlem Hotel. I especially appreciated the details related to the historic Harlem neighborhood. The artwork was fantastic and the restaurant and lounge were simply marvelous.
