La vue vraiment sublime sur Central Park et les gratte-ciels
L’emplacement est certes près d’une station de métro qui dessert bien mais est très loin du centre des activités et assez mal fréquenté.
Petit-déjeuner décevant : contrairement à ce que l’on peut attendre d’un hôtel de cette catégorie, il n’y a pas de buffet mais seulement deux menus au choix, avec un temps d’attente très long avant d’être servi.
Nous avions demandé un lit bébé à notre arrivée. Celui qui nous a été fourni était cassé et, malgré un signalement vers 17h30, nous n’avons reçu un remplacement qu’aux alentours de 21h30.
La chambre était très exiguë. Nous avions pourtant réservé une chambre avec deux lits queen size afin d’avoir davantage d’espace, mais une fois le lit bébé installé, il était quasiment impossible de circuler.
La salle de bain était également très petite. De plus, la douche est tombée en panne dès le deuxième jour. Après avoir attendu qu’un employé tente de la réparer pendant une trentaine de minutes, nous avons finalement dû changer de chambre.
Salle de sport très basique (50lb maximum par haltère)
Dans l’ensemble, la prestation ne nous a pas semblé à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Location and comfort
There is nothing
I booked this room for a few hours in the morning before a work meeting uptown so I would have a place to get ready and do some emails. Since I was arriving at 7am, I booked the room for the previous night. I called the front desk to tell them that I wouldn't be coming until the next morning. On arrival, I was told nobody had been told, my room had been given away, that the hotel was completely full. The staff at the front desk were not friendly, and made me "wait" for twenty minutes before telling me there was nothing they could do. They didn't try to solve the problem in any way at all, and I was made to feel embarrassed and ridiculous sitting there. I do this frequently when I am arriving some place early and want to check in immediately, but this is the first time my room has been given away and no solution has been found. I expected better for a four star property, to be honest. I understand the business dynamics, but that doesn't mean customer service falls by the wayside.
In addition, when I contacted the property to tell them this, they refused to refund me. So I paid $300 to sit in the lobby being glared at for a few hours. Not great.
The vouchers were a nice touch. Close to train stations, bus stops and retail.
It would be nice to have in-room coffee and a mini fridge for leftovers.
