Extended stay designed for inexpensive, no frills trip.
Pros:

If there was breakfast, I never found it. It did have a snack area where snacks could be purchased, and the staff was friendly. The location was very easy to find and central to where I needed to be.

Cons:

There was a cleanliness problem. My first room wreaked of rotten food and the toilet had not been cleaned and feces were present on the seat and inside of the toilet bowl. My replacement room had gum in the dryer and someone else’s hair in the shower. The courtyard was a dog park and the building more of an apartment building than a hotel. This experience taught me a lot about how an "extended stay" is very different from a hotel, but I did feel somewhat mislead by the descriptions, past reviews, and photos, which only had one legitimate photo from a room like the one I stayed in, but in the context of all the other photos - I had no idea that was the full room. The setting was completely industrial.

The $150 pet fee was removed, which was in addition to the $50 pet fee. If I had not noticed it on my bill, I would have paid $200 for 3 days

Pros:

We recently stayed at this motel and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spotless clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help, and answer questions. The location is convenient, with easy access to the freeway and restaurants. Over all the atmosphere felt safe and welcoming. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone traveling the treasure valley.

Pros:

Loved the area . Perfect location. Super clean inside the lobby and in the back patio area. The bathrooms downstairs and the gym all are great. Coffee machine in lobby has lots of variety of coffee for free.

Cons:

Elevator smells a bit like smoke. Hallway runners have that perfumed dog cover up smell.

Comfortable and clean stay
Pros:

Very comfortable and spacious room with a full kitchen and nice bathroom. Very close to the freeway, yet it was quiet.

Cons:

The lady who checked us in could have been a bit more welcoming. Dan, who checked us out, on the other hand, was super nice. Soundproofing is not optimal if you have someone above you, but in our case it was someone literally running in their room at 11:30pm and I don't think there is soundproofing designed for that!

Our stay there was excellent, the incomplete remodel did not really affect our liking the property. It just was strange.
Pros:

The friendly staff.

Cons:

There was an excessive amount of dried paint spillage on the floors, curtains, doors. The remodel for our room was not finished.

Cons:

Canceled stay after seeing how dirty the entry and front desk area was. Never saw any front desk personal. Sign said back in 5 minutes.
