Pros:

Hotel was very nice and staff were great. The gym and grounds were very nice and clean.

Cons:

Food and drinks were very expensive. We reported dirty dished outside our room when we checked in and they stayed there for 3 days.

Did what needed to be done
Pros:

The ease of mobile check in, the valet and the view in my room

Cons:

The food lodged in one of the chairs in my room. The dust on the clocks and top of bed. The bed was very uncomfortable but the pillows were nice.

Comfortable, enjoyable and luxe.
Pros:

Everything! The rooms were immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and AC worked great. The amenities on the property were excellent from the food selection, the pool and the kind employees. It was our second time staying at the hotel and we will stay at Loews exclusively when we’re in the area.

Cons:

There’s nothing bad to say.
