ubicación y confort

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. Fantastic location right by the stadiums.
The only small thing I didn't like was the shower, the shower head was outdated

The location is excellent!

The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful for checking in.
I did ask for a microwave to warm some food and there were none available. The front staff asked if I could warm my food(I purchased from Farena the night before) at Farena or the cafe.
The cafe and Farena are not able to do that for sanitary reasons and protocols. So I had no way to warm my food. Which was frustrating.
The day I was leaving the hotel the valet text was not accepting call downs at that moment. I got down to valet and had to wait 45 minutes for my vehicle and was credited for the wait.
Everyone was very professional and helpful. This included people from the front desk personnel concierges, bell hops, housekeeping, mainteance, valet staff, the “shop and go restaurant food and staff, the lobby area and the restaurant. We were with Young Living on the 3 and 4th floors and the set of those areas were stellar. When I asked questions there were answered and extra help and suggestions were given. The valet our first night were amazing. They were able to correct my mistake of self parking and change it to valet. I wish I had asked their names. Both were African. One had twists and the other had a very low conservative hair cut. They were able to take a car full of many bags, blankets and luggage and place it on 2 carts with such expertise . Thanks to them. George the bellhop that brought the two carts to our room and removed everything was a joy to meet. He was from Kansas City and made us feel right at home the first night. Please thank him for his professionalism. The bellhop: Darryl provided such excellent advice about parking, who could provide help and the services we needed so much. He was a major help. I am sure I am not spelling her name correct: Gamir was so helpful with the prices needed for Young Living park and and the (I think they might have been a Latino male and an African American female on Friday morning that were so helpful. The bellhop Saturday morning that gave me advice about places to walk and even offered me the use of an umbrellas with my having to ask was so pleasant to be around and so helpful. We had nails in the carpet and the mainteance fellow was so considerate in correcting that situation. We thought there was only one, but he spent the time and diligently searched the entire and was able to correct the 4 that needed to be nailed down. I like to walk barefoot and that was so comforting to know I could be at peace.
I would have loved a microwave in the room to heat up left over meals.
