Pros:

The whole atmosphere and convenience of everything. Loved that we had access to both locations. The pool and service were amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Cons:

Not really a bad thing. But was confused on which Loews hotel I was staying at. I thought I had picked the one adjacent to live. Totally okay because I loved the one I we stayed at across the street. Check out was kind of rough. Phones were down no one to help carry our luggage. But I still enjoyed every minute of it.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio, comodo cuenta con muchas amenidades cercanas, el estacionamiento para huespedes conectado al hotel. La comida del restaurant es excelente, el personal es extremadamente amable y siempre estan al pendiente de las necesidades de los huespuedes.

Cons:

en mi habitacion no rellenaron los toiletries a pesar de haberlo solicitado y no tuve pañuelos desechables en la habitacion y tampoco acondicionador

Would like to come back!
Pros:

Everything was absolutely perfect. Clean, modern, very well organized hotel. Perfect if you planning to attend an event at AT&T stadium. Quick checkin/checkout, very friendly staff, quiet rooms. No need to reserve breakfast, amazing store/coffee shop on the first floor with delicious coffee, pastry and sandwiches.

Front desk people really rude. And they have not returned my deposit 39 days after checkout.

I had a wonderful stay from the time I arrived to the time I left.
Pros:

I liked the Staff, the Facility, the great food/drinks, and the incredible location. I would stay there again because all of this made for such an easy and great weekend. The atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and everyone we interacted with had a wonderful attitude.

Cons:

I really didn't like the pillows. That is it. I had trouble sleeping with how thick the pillows were. It's the tiniest of feedback but maybe if you guys could provide 2 of the 4 pillows to not be hugely thick it would work for someone like me who prefers from a thinner pillow. Thanks for a great stay.

Pros:

I love how close it was to all the events I had. It was right in the middle of everything. The place is absolutely beautiful! The view was amazing! All staff were amazingly helpful, welcoming, and nice. We never took in the amenities in the hotel due to our packed schedule, but I heard from others that all aspects of the hotel were great.

Cons:

There was a random piece of cardboard duck taped to the wall up where I believe a WiFi hub should normally be in a room. As someone who works in the service/ tourist industry it just didn’t look nice. It could have been a last minute thing, but we have warned guests when something like that is in a room before they enter. We forgot to mention it to the front desk when we left and didn’t want to make a hassle over something small during the big weekend.

Pros:

It was my first event on AT&T Stadium and Arlington. The location it is highly convenient, I didn’t has to worry about how to arrive to the event and at the end it was totally worth it being able to walk from the stadium to the hotel.

Fui para el concierto de BTS y fueron los mejores días en el Hotel. El personal y la comida todo muy bueno. Lo mejor que está cerca del estadio AT&T, tiene un Walmart cerca y varios lugares para comer y pasar el tiempo.

AMAZING
Pros:

Valet parking was great and very convenient. Check in and out was super quick and easy. Room service was great and the food was excellent!! The location was Awesome!! We were able to walk to everything!! Will definitely book again!! My daughter and I had a wonderful time!!
