Expensive, but nice.

Very good, but expensive!

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights. When we left the room, after the first night, I spoke with an employee in the hall outside our room asking for clean towels and for more Kleenex (our tissues when we arrived were not a full box. When we returned there was a new unopened box of Kleenex sitting on the counter, but no fresh towels! I should have called the front desk, but was tired and did not. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Beautifully appointed throughout.
Friendly and professional staff. Excellent location!! Happy the pool was open till 10 p.m.!
Online guest service texting system very prompt and helpful.

Cons:

Lobby has a strong scent of Angel perfume as the signature scent..it's great to have a lovely olfactory experience however over the 3 days we stayed it had increased at times.
Bar staff were very helpful and pleasant.
More lighting is needed in hallway area of individual rooms near the with long mirror!9

The location and amenities were worth the price!
Pros:

The location. We were attending a corporate event next door at “Texas Live” and did t want to have to worry about parking or even Uber and traffic. The staff was outstanding. The ability to text the front desk was so convenient.
