Beach, food & entertainment is all right there. It was a wonderful place to celebrate our anniversary!
Pros:

Very clean even with remodeling going on and staff was awesome! And we were able to enjoy the rooftop patio

Cons:

My knees didn’t like stairs but They said an elevator will be going in later so that will be great

More of an Aparthotel than an Actual Hotel
Pros:

Can't beat the location. If you need a cheap and clean one night stay, and DO NOT HAVE TO PARK A CAR or need any services, this is a great spot.

Cons:

No one was at the front desk when we arrived. A sign on the desk says to call a number if you have questions about parking or check-in. No one picked up when I called, and no one responded to my text. About ten minutes later I got a call back and was told the parking was full and we could use their sister property to valet overnight. This was our only choice since you cannot park overnight on the streets or the public lot across from the hotel, so we ended up spending over $50 to park ($46 charge plus tip) at their sister hotel. Valet was nice though. Also, while the hotel patrons are mostly quiet, we were on the first floor and could hear people coming and going during the day and night.

Great location, modern, clean rooms with great roof top terrace
Pros:

The room was plenty large enough, the shower room was huge. Location to the beach and restaurants was excellent.
Although we didn't get chance to use the roof terrace it looked amazing and would be great for a chill out or party/drink on an evening.
Staff/management, although they are remote, were prompt in communication and resolving issues.

Cons:

Only complaint would be that the room door is straight into a corridor which is a through route and the door isn't very well insulated against noise. Also, the BLUE LEDS on the fridges in our room were ridiculously bright.
A note of caution ** PLEASE ENSURE YOU VERY CAREFULLY READ THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS NEARBY. THE HOTEL DOESN'T OFFER EXCLUSIVE PARKING** I fell foul of this but the management stepped up and refunded my parking citation as a good will gesture.. great service.

Cons:

No elevator..it's like a ghost hostel hotel. The location is great. The balcony was a makeshift area with dusty chairs. Absolutely terrible experience. Parking terrible. All around a terrible stay but great location. At checkout the only staff person we saw Carlos was great.

Pros:

very very comfortable and luxurious for the price. Very comfortable bedding and wonderful bathrobe. There were several perks that I didn't get the chance to use, i.e. beach bikes and beach towels and chairs. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and place to stay for a quick get-away.
Pros:

Location of hotel is right next to the beach (though sadly not right on the beachfront). Right next to the boardwalk with lots of restaurant and bar options and in front of a parking lot where you could pay for metered parking. The only downside about the parking lot and metered parking nearby was that certain times during certain days were off limit, which required us to wake up at 4am to move the car.

Cons:

The front door wasn't auto-locking and when the issue was raised to the staff, the response was very disappointing. The team's response basically was that they didn't believe us until I recorded the situation at 4am (when I had to move the car). Only after receiving the recording did the staff acknowledge they were wrong and indicated they would fix the situation. Whether the situation was fixed, we don't know because we checked out that day.

Great place if you don’t have a car
Pros:

Very close to everything very nice bathroom

Cons:

They had only two parking spaces and you cannot park in any parking lot or streets because they all get cleaned at different times of the day so your car will be towed. My only option was to park at another hotel and it cost $49.
