Poop towel was probably a freak accident but they didn’t handle their system being down very well. 1 week after my stay

Nice rooms

Cons:

I had a towel hanging up that was “clean” but actually had dried up poop on it.

I was also double charged for a room. Once from booking.com and from the Home2suites because. The hotels system was down.

Hotel said they can’t do anything about it and I need to issue a refund through booking.com cause they can’t see I booked it even after their systems were up.

It was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
Pros:

The gentleman who was there to check us in did an exceptional job. He was extremely helpful. The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. It was a great place to get rest before traveling again.

Fantastic!!!
Pros:

Absolutely loved it. I will never stay at any other hotel. This is definitely a 10+.
Everything was spotless. The room was great.
Check-in was very easy and the gentleman that helped us was so nice. Unfortunately, right now I don’t remember his name.
I highly highly recommend…
