Very clean, comfortable, great amenities, pleasant atmosphere
Water/tea 24/7. Breakfast has a lot of fruits.
Great customer service. We only stood one night, so it’s hard to determine the overall experience. My only issue was the sound of the metro station just outside the hotel. I was hoping to sleep in but was unable to due to the noise. Great breakfast selection but they do close it up pretty earlier than most other places. I would stay again if in the area.

There customer service agent at check in told me a price and what my deposit would be, and today I got an additional charge on my card for a pet. They did a bate and switch on me. That was not what the agent told me and the management was not helpful and rude. She didn't even talk to the agent just gave me excuses and theories of what happen, I told her what happened and she was not willing to listen. Watch out staying with them, they will change you for changes that you should not have been changed after you leave and keep your money because you are an out of towner and can't come in to get things fixed. scammers

I felt like I was staying in a home
Our room was great; clean, spacious, quiet and well appointed. The bed was comfortable with lovely linens.
The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling, the ground floor elevator button was taped in place. The exit gate had a slot clearly labeled to insert your exit card but it turned out that you were actually supposed to hold it under a scanner. These little issues were unexpected for the price of the hotel.
The hotel is new and clean but we had people above us that made noice from 12-4 am. Called front desk and was told they would address it. It did not stop. Told front desk in the morning that we didn’t appreciate being kept awake since we had a 13 hr drive that day. Only thing he said was I’ll put a note in the file. No sorry. I felt this should have been handled better.
So if your not on the top floor be prepared to hear the guests above you.

It was clean and the gym was nice.
The staff were amazing! It's a pleasure to always be greeted by cheerful people. Everything was clean and comfortable. We stayed for a week and ended up trying to eat breakfast out. The breakfast could use some change up like some real granola, eggs that aren't rubber, something other than no fat yogurt and milk, etc. It's ok once but inedible after several days.
