Good stay, albeit on the expensive side for the product.
Pros:

Breakfast is very European, which for me as a European is good. Bed is very comfortable. I really enjoyed the great views from the room.

Cons:

More healthy choices for breakfast would be nice. Rooms are very much the same as in Europe, but for US standards they are very small. I would appreciate a (much) larger work space. And coffee/tea facilities would also improve my experience. Having none is a bit poor for the price paid. The iPad control is very modern looking, but is bit cumbersome. Just normal controls would work better for me. Pity that the rooftop pool and bar were closed during my stay.

10 out of 10 would recommend.
Pros:

The location was absolutely fantastic it was right there between 6th street and 7th street. The check in process is super easy I like being able to do self check in with help on standby. For the self check in alone I will come back to citizen M

Cons:

The room is tiny but it had everything you needed. No wasted space. I did not like the IPAD remote for the TV. I would have liked a regular remote. The Smart TVs in hotels are getting too smart.

Amazing location, very modern feel.
Pros:

Great location, close to Congress and Town Lake. Rooms are small but bed extremes comfortable, I hadn’t slept that well in years. No coffee makers in the room. European style breakfast buffet.

Pros:

Convenient location in downtown, modern and clean rooms.

Cons:

The room's acoustic isolation isn't very effective, and the gym should have one more bench.

Overall it was very good
Pros:

Jim was great getting us a more quiet room, lots of street noise.
Loved rooftop pool.
Good variety of food for breakfast.

Cons:

Bacon and eggs could have been warmer.
No one told me until our last day that special coffees were included w breakfast! I love a latte.
