The customer service was amazing! The manager on duty upgraded me & my wife to a bigger room and even helped us up to our room with our luggage! We did not expect this level of customer service! He was such a nice person! This was a second time at CitizenM and we are definitely fans! We are coming back for sure.

No connected parking garage. I wish this would’ve been clear in the booking
Great location! We were able to walk everywhere from SoCo to UT's campus to nightlife. Luggage storage before/after check out was helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. The blackout curtain was great and left the room super dark for sleeping.
The basic room was VERY small (ultimately my fault for not paying closer attention to the photos before booking). The lights, temp, and TV were controlled with an ipad which we found more annoying than helpful. The bed and pillows were not comfortable (and I'm usually pretty low maintenance about that stuff). You can definitely hear street noise at night. The room was a bit dirty when you looked closely, nothing major, but needs a good deep clean. This is all minor stuff in the grand scheme of things, but we would stay elsewhere next time.
Very clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the hotel vibe and great location.
The only thing is that when you try to call the hotel, lots of times no one answers!
I was taken back by the compact / midget rooms . Wasn’t my coup of tea with my wife as the rooms were too small

The hotel is very modern with an funky/eclectic decor. Personnaly I loved it. The room includes a tablet and is used to open and close the blinds as well as controlling the TV and lights. The bed was very comfortable.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
The location is fantastic. Close to 6th Street with and bars and Austin City Limits is within walking distance.
Don't expect a large spacious room. The room is laid out with the bed built in under the window and the room is only as wide as the bed. Next is a small deck and chair. After that is the toilet and shower enclosure running along the wall and opposite them is a tiny sink and counter. All in all it is compact but functional. Breakfast was extra and ran $23.
Lobby had lots of places to sit and talk.
The ironing room has really bad lighting. It is difficult to see what you are doing.
Convenient, clean
Rooms were very small. Issues logging into Netflix sometimes. Using the I pad to do everything not always convenient
Love the variety of breakfast, location is amazing close to bars and other things you would enjoyed ! Had amazing weekend!
Have to pay to park , did not like that you had to go across the street with no discount and paying every time you leave the area .
