It was pleasant
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and the facility was really clean I was overall satisfied.

Cons:

The pool was to cold we went for a swim but couldn’t stay in the pool due to the temperature a heated pool would have been appreciated.

Friendly staff
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. They were the most friendly people I have ever encountered. From the valet, to the front desk to maintenance to breakfast and coffee every person we met was so lovely.

I stayedStayed at Home2 suites by Hilton and had a really great experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment we arrived. One thing that really stood out was the valet service — Christian went above and beyond. Super professional, respectful, and made everything smooth and stress-free. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in what he does. Small things like great customer service really make a stay better. Definitely appreciate people like him. Would stay here again!

Excellent hotel
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and we looking forward to returning to this hotel in the near future. The staff was very friendly and always helpful in retrieving our vehicle in spite of the weekend being very hectic due to a cheerleading competition. Ashley in the valet parking is definitely an asset to your company and we enjoyed seeing her keep everything on track. She was a pleasure to work with.
