Pros:

Excellent customer service. Especially with the front desk when I first checked in. Then I got a text message the next day asking me how everything was going. The service here was really great

Cons:

The kitchen could have been just a little cleaner. Especially the floor. They didn't really sweep the corners well. But other than that the room was clean. I will stay at this hotel again

Ideal stop after a long flight and up early to pick up a hire car
Pros:

If you want a hotel for an airport stay it's perfect. We came from the international terminal and got the bus to the car rental centre and the skytrain back, the bus queue to the domestic terminal was long. Breakfast was ok, nothing special but a good choice before setting off. Near the skytrain station.

Cons:

It's nothing special but that's what you're paying for, the convenience.

All in all I would say my stay was fair. Probably would have been better if the outage hadn’t occurred.

It was in close proximity to an event I was attending.

Cons:

Check-in was doozies because they had an outage. So, everything had to be done manually, which threw everything off. Ended up not getting the room I booked which was fine, I switched thinking it would be a price difference as the lady mentioned, but nope. I was charged the same as if I had the room I booked. Valet was backed up too due to a rush.

Everyone was so nice and seemed happy to be at work. The breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and very clean.

Super Helpful Friendly Staff & Perfect Location
Pros:

It had been a long rough day with late flights missed connection and very little of our luggage. The staff was super helpful in any way they could and pointed us in the right direction for what they couldn’t help us with.

Cons:

It cost more than what Booking.com told me it would cost.
