Proximity to convention center
Very hectic upon arrival. Two lanes to entrance. High volume of people. No luggage carts.
Valet lost my car keys and were terrible about it. Never staying here again

The only negative is that you HAVE to valet park your car. I think it was 27 or 37 a day

We were so blessed with all the help as Senior Citizens. All of the Valet’s Markeite, Aaron, Amarion, Christian, Victor and Ashley were so helpful helping from helping unload to just everything! Excellent service! Very much appreciated!
The trip started off right with the Valet Markeith and Victor. They were so pleasant and professional just started the trip off so well. Markeith had me smiling and laughing. Yall are lucky to have them. Good experience with hotel after that as well.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to Atlanta's airport and its rent-a-car return. Slow check-in due to a large queue of congressmen who had just arrived. Spacious room with a decent bathroom. Good service at all, especially the valet team. Very poor breakfast, with almost null options. At the end, it was a very functional hotel for us but nothing else

Breakfast did not have a lot of healthy options. I am comparing this to the hotel breakfast you get in Australia. They are much better. Australia is where I live.
The location is excellent, the rooms are clean, but it’s the people who make this place shine.
I was initially a bit annoyed to find they only offer valet parking — I am very particular about who has access to my car after some bad experiences. But both the evening valet Aaron and the morning manager Ashley are fantastic people. They are both shining with personality and professionalism. And they can park/retrieve a car in a flash!
The desk staff is very friendly and efficient. The line to check in was out the door, but they knocked it down quickly. I didn’t catch their names because it was very busy, but they did a great job resolving issues and keeping the line moving.
Breakfast is very nice. VERY clean. The breakfast crew was also very nice and friendly.
The first attraction to this hotel was the location by ATL Airport. It's a three-minute walk from the ATL SkyTrain convention center station to the hotel, with good sidewalks. So we used it for our last night in Atlanta to avoid any traffic issues before flying out. It was very convenient to enjoy the morning in our comfortable room, have some breakfast (more about that later), and then walk to the SkyTrain station to be whisked to the Domestic terminal. If you're flying international, though, you can take the SkyTrain to the Rental Car Center and there's a shuttle to the International Terminal from there.
We were greeted everywhere by welcoming and friendly staff, from the valet to the front desk to service workers we met in hallways. A minor failure at check-in was that they were out of the complimentary water we expect. That's not an actual reflection on the front desk since obviously someone else didn't order water in time.
Our suite was fully up to standard for Home2 Suites. We opted for a one-bedroom (there are 3 per floor) as opposed to the efficiencies that make up most of the offerings. Everything was comfortable and well-appointed.
I don't expect a whole lot from the free breakfast, but this one even came up short of my low expectations. Primarily that was due to the beautifully prepared scrambled eggs that were served at room temperature. Same for the bacon: nicely cooked up and then served without heat. The potatoes had tasty seasoning but were in similar cool condition. The kitchen is being badly represented by the final step of the process. That said, the serving and dining areas were clean and well-stocked. So, if you want a hot breakfast, be prepared to make a plate to take to the microwave in your room.

What a wonderful experience. A business trip that turned into a memberable vacation. What truly made the difference was the service, enery and genuine joy this team brought every single day. From the moment I arrived. I felt welcomed, valued, and taken care of. The atmosphere was warm, the staff was attentive, and every interaction felt personal. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Georgia.

I would like to thank 2 valet workers that stood out during my 3 day trip. Ashley and Aaron were both great when we needed to retrieve out vehicle as well as when returning . Things seem to not run as smooth when they weren’t present.
