Excellent accommodation in a very good location for our needs.

Great location. Extremely helpful staff.

Cons:

On the night we stayed here there were a large number of young children in the hotel who were racing up and down the corridor outside our rooms making a lot of noise until about 11pm.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent check-in experience. I would like to commend the young Black gentleman (bald with tattoos) who assisted me; he was exceptionally professional, and I truly appreciated his help.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my interaction with another staff member—an older woman with a short bob—was very disappointing. While I was entering the building, she was engaged with a homeless individual. Despite the fact that I had my key card clearly in hand and was dressed in Nike workout attire and a hoodie, she questioned whether I was a guest in a very rude and unprofessional manner. It was only after another staff member (a young Black male with an Afro) intervened to confirm I was staying there that she relented. I found this encounter to be unnecessary and disrespectful.

Great place for a stopover night
Pros:

I was pleasantly surprised by this place, was not expecting it to be so nice. All facilities in the room were good, the staff was really friendly - was given a little goodie bag on arrival with apples and water and snacks. And it’s about a minute to the sky train. And there’s a nice little bar with food right on the doorstep.
If i ever have the bad luck to have to overnight in Atlanta again I’ll definitely stay here.
