It wasn't the best hotel that I've stayed in but it was definitely not the worst.
Pros:

The breakfasts were very good. We ate them both days. The room was clean and so were the lobby and hallways.

Cons:

I was very disappointed that I had to pay $10 a day to park at the hotel when I had already paid to stay there. I would think that I should have been given free parking considering I had to park there to be close to my room.

Pros:

Great location, nice, clean suite. Comfy bed. Not far from downtown with many wonderful restaurants to dine.
We will definitely coming back

Cons:

My only complaint is breakfast.
I understand it is complimentary, but they should have couple more healthy options.

Pros:

All staff is very friendly. The entire hotel is very clean. The decor is contemporary and clutter free. I would definitely stay here again!

Great staff and location!
Pros:

Staff was helpful in getting us trolley tickets and very friendly. We were close to the attractions we wanted to see. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

As we got to breakfast toward the end of service, some things were already gone.

Excellent stay in St. Augustine, highly recommend.
Pros:

The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic, but fresh and tasty. Staff was excellent - we arrived late in the evening and the young man who checked us in was incredibly gracious.

A little further out from the tourist area than I thought it would be, but pleasant enough.
Pros:

Bright and clean. Pleasant decor and good beds.

Cons:

I was charged an extra $10 for parking. I didn’t see that in the booking contract. Staff blamed it on booking.com, said it was their policy.
