It was clean and quiet and close to everything

Cons:

The parking lot. On a regular day it’s fine but when the hotel is mostly booked the parking gets full and it’s hard to find parking spots. The bed was too hard for my personal preference. I asked for housekeeping on our 2nd day there because I had spilled something on the sheets. The house keeper said “oh yes sure you just have to ask the front desk” okay….. ask front desk she said “ oh yes sure no problem. “ NO HOUSEKEEPER EVER CAME. We had to just use the top sheet to sleep on. The breakfast was not terrible but I only ate it because it was free. Otherwise it wasn’t that great.

Cons:

Wish it would be closer to downtown. The food court was too tight to fit everyone in the morning, big line… had to wait for our waffles for too long.

It was a comfortable enjoyable stay in a safe place that was very clean and pleasant

You greeted with friendly staff the hotel was exceptionally clean. Everyone was very helpful. The room was comfortable in size and you were able to relax. the location is great easy access, and easy parking
