A little further out from the tourist area than I thought it would be, but pleasant enough.
Pros:

Bright and clean. Pleasant decor and good beds.

Cons:

I was charged an extra $10 for parking. I didn’t see that in the booking contract. Staff blamed it on booking.com, said it was their policy.

There were underhanded fees and zero recovery for issues.
Pros:

The room was clean and the check in process was convenient.

Cons:

There was a surprise parking fee. The shower was a trickle and the tub stopper did not work. The hotel name would suggest the property is near the attractions. It is not.

Good location

Cons:

Being charged $10 a day for parking. The “breakfast included” option was extremely limited. Eggs and sausage links. No bacon, no grits, no biscuits or gravy.

Overall, my visit was okay. It was convenient for the purpose of my trip. I love St.Augustine.
Pros:

The breakfast was good; however, you could have more variety of items. After eating the same thing for a few straight days, I wanted something more than waffles and sausage. I don’t eat eggs (they were a little rubbery). I have to watch my blood sugar so a variety would have been nice.
The location was great!

Cons:

I had to request my room be cleaned a second time because it wasn’t cleaned very well the first time. The manager wanted to argue that they only do it after the third night which it was my fourth day when they were doing the cleaning.
I had trouble with the Wi-fi one night but it could have been my Company’s server.
Also, there’s no Netflix on the tv.

Pros:

Very clean and nicely updated rooms, friendly staff, and easy check in/check out process. Definitely a great location that was close to everything and short distance to downtown area.

Great place but check your statement for extra charges.
Pros:

The amenities and cleanliness were great. Most staff were friendly.

Cons:

The extra charges and staff that couldn't explain them were the downfall. If it had not been for that I would happily stay again but unfortunately almost $300 in unexplainable charges is a deal breaker.
