The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

We had no problem with the property, my issue was with the night receptionist and property manager’s attitude and lack of helpfulness. My reservation did not show in their system though they could see the reservation in the Booking.com system. They insisted they could not check us in without it in their system. They kept us waiting from midnight til 2 am in the lobby before providing us a room. The manager, Hagos, was outrageously rude, argumentative and accusatory, saying the problem was mine and Booking.com! My reservation was then modified to stay April 16 for one night by taking my credit card details from the original reservation without my authorization. I’ve never been treated by hotel staff in this way before. Totally unacceptable.

Pros:

The hotel is new and it's super clean.
Also, the location is perfect.

Cons:

I think we it should have a small table for eating purposes since the room has a microwave and a mini fridge.

Pros:

It was so clean! Very nice staff, very conveniently located, to coffee house, and attractions. Shuttle bus ride to various attractions! They made a two day getaway very relaxing! Thank you!

Cons:

This hôtel is not in St. Augustine main district how they promote on there website!!! The price for the room was to high for the quality!! I would not stay at this hôtel again!!

Pros:

Todo bien. De pronto un poco más de amabilidad por parte de uno de sus funcionarios y del personal de recepción

Cons:

Los gestos faciales de una de las personas que me atendió el día que llegue a registrarme, solamente por no hablar inglés como si no hubiera traductor de idiomas en mi teléfono. Gracias.

A comfortable and reliable stay in a convenient location—would stay here again when visiting St. Augustine.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we expected for the price point. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly at check-in and throughout our stay. The location was convenient for getting to the historic district and other St. Augustine attractions.

Cons:

Nothing major stood out. The hotel isn’t luxury, but it met expectations and was a solid, comfortable place to stay while visiting the area.

Relaxing and enjoyable trip
Pros:

The Manager was very accomadating with the room, i needed two queen beds. . His proffesionalism was excellent. I will highly recomend the Comfort Inn. Its very close to Historic Center, plus near by where you can grab a bite to eat. Plus leave your car and walk to historic Center we did lots of exploring
