It is within a walking distance from the old town, but still a bot far away. Breakfast was ok, rooms were clean and nice.

Very clean hotel with a great location. However, I expected more amenities and better service from a 5-star property.

The property was clean. Super nice location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, only two small bars of soap for shower use, which was disappointing.
In addition, the parking spaces are extremely narrow, and guests are charged for parking. Considering the hotel’s 5-star rating, I expected a higher level of service and convenience.

Nice rooms and poor breakfast
Pros:

Very spacious and clean room, comfortable bathroom, extremly friendly staff in reception, good location.

Cons:

Very very poor breakfast, very different to nice room. Horrible scrambled eggs, week coffe from thermos, no vegetable or fruits, poor choice of pastry, plastic plates, cups and cutlery, bare plastic tables. And two black plastic bags at the entrance to the dining room ... horrible.

Pleasant stay over all.
Pros:

Everything was new and the decor was nice. The front desk staff were excellent and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Our room which was next to the elevator was very noisy. Also there was low water pressure.
