I didn’t like having a mouse run around in my room feeling it might crawl into my bed so I stayed up from 2am .in the morning until 6;00 I was afraid the mouse was going to come into the bathroom because the bathroom door was broke it didn’t close all the way.The phone in room 305 didn’t work , I explained to the attendant at the front desk that there is a mouse in my room hide the closet but he said no one else has complained about having a mouse in their room.

Walls are very thin, doors shut very loud waking you up from sleep.

The blanket was thin and had burn hole from smoking. The curtain was torn and mess up. They only had 2 pillows i guess one per guest. Only one wash cloth in the bathroom with a very tiny bar of soap. The WiFi kept pausing on the tv. I paid online for late check out and began receiving phone calls by 11:30 and knocking on my room door by 12 from staff standing in the hall with cleaning ladies telling me my stay been over when i paid to stay til 1. It could’ve been more comfortable and accommodating considering i paid nearly $200 for less than 24hours. I will not stay here again

I requested an extra blanket and my request was not met. I requested a chair as well. All women need a chair to sit on to do their make-up in the morning.

It was dirty . Room was DIRTY.

My ac didnt work and when we told the staff they said they would come up and fix and they never did. The shower handle took crazy amount of strength to turn it. There were stains on the sheets

Mostly everything no fridge microwave on the first floor door was squeaky asf, hair in my bed , sheets had holes in it

The room was dirty on arrival the maid to know how to clean they don’t sweep or map the place was just not it and when I complained the saying it not a 5 Start hotel. Towel hard to get it was 4 of us and the Leo putting 1 or 2 and when I told them it’s not enough they say we have I will not be be going back they ppl snake in side when you sleeping you sneezing it I could not breathe the place overall is horrible cleaning service not good customer service Bad if you draw someone one night or two tonight it’s OK but not to spend a holiday

Not convenient to MTA subway
Customers and visitors were making too much noise talking and slamming doors next to me
Bedbugs or something made me itchy.
