Upon arrival, this is my 2nd stay and each time the guest services attendant insisted I booked a room with smaller bed than I booked. Then proceeded to correct himself each time once I showed proof of my reservations. Thereafter then altered his statements multiple times to them lastly state someone booked the size bed king for a longer stay. He at no point was honest until I said I’m contacting management in regards to this is the 2nd time with him changing my room to a smaller bed queen size when I booked a King suite. He also was going g to keep the upcharge on my room
Until I requested my refund for the smaller room. This is not acceptable

The room itself was clean and reasonably priced, but the overall environment felt unsafe and unpleasant. Strong weed odor outside the rooms made the stay uncomfortable, especially for families with kids. Guests were seen sitting and talking outside their rooms all day, adding to the discomfort. Although the motel offers laundry services, they are not free. Despite being conveniently located off I‑95, the heavy weed smell and atmosphere made the place feel unsafe and not suitable for families.
