Comfortable and friendly.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

They had disposable ice containers which I feel are bad for the environment.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. Preferred pancake or waffles which were unavailable.

Cons:

I stayed during Memorial Day 2026. I was charged 75.00 for incidentals that l didn't have. It is now July 11, 2026 and l have not received my refund of $75.00. If this is how you treat your patrons, l don't plan to stay at your facility in the future. I will not recommend your facility to family or friends.

Lovely stay, free parking - close to downtown and stockyards.
Pros:

Exactly what we needed. Big room with shower, 2 x double beds. Free Parking and about 10 minutes from Stockyards. Would highly recommend.

Free breakfast too, and we were slightly late for it but they still accommodated us. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Cons:

Nothing really. Limited wardrobe space perhaps, but clutching at straws a bit. It's basic don't get me wrong - but serves a purpose.

It was excellent!
Pros:

The breakfast was wonderful! Kids loved it. Presentation great! Location was right in a residential area which was different but was fine.

Room could have been cleaner upon check-in - still some signs of the previous guests were in there.

Nice enough for a short stay.
Pros:

Good check in, nice foyer area with small shop, tv's and seating.

Cons:

The walls in the room could do with a paint job and the shower wasn't clean, looked old and tired. Could do with a bar area. Overpriced in my opinion, although it was the world cup.

Pros:

Front counter staff was friendly and very informative about places direction and events during my stay . Also the house keeping staff very polite.

Cons:

To be honest I think the room was a little bit dusty
Because every time my daughter step in the room she starts sneezing.

Really liked that it was easy to park, get in and out, and plenty of seating for breakfast.
