Great amenities and comfy beds made for an enjoyable stay overall!
Pros:

We liked that the beds were exceptionally comfortable and the rooms were thoroughly clean. We loved having the 24/7 snack and beverage area, and while we skipped the complimentary breakfast, the separate kitchen area looked great with plenty of choices.

Cons:

If we had to pick what we didn't like, it would be the lack of soundproofing and the customer service. We could hear the guest next door snoring all night through the thin walls, and some of the staff didn't feel very welcoming. Particularly the morning staff.
