We should have spent the extra money to stay at Hardrock Casino.
Pros:

How close it was to Hardrock Casino. The balcony was nice.

Cons:

Extremely misleading. We weren’t told that the shuttle only ran Thursday to Sunday. The walk in this busy area was a little dangerous. Didn’t know the restaurant only open at 6pm. Same for bar unless you were at the pool and there was no bar service there either. Only had breakfast in the small lobby area. No room service.

חבל שארוחת הבוקר פשוטה מדי.
בחדר היה רעש מוזר שאפילו השאירו לנו אטמי אוזניים. לא נחמד. הבריכה סגורה בשיא החום.

Love to stay need to go on a Saturday or Sunday only never on a Friday

Everything about the property was gorgeous the room the view we had a master suite loved it

Cons:

When you check in just like last time nobody’s in the front desk also they have specific days that they don’t have food or restaurants, which is OK I understand

the breakfast wasn't as good as our last stay, we were disappointed the shuttle was running every day and the noise in the room was loud sometimes and the answer was to supply ear plugs

The roof top restaurant manager was very rude both times swimming pool closes very early because restaurant opens restaurant manager is a Hispanic man only told me and my family both times we had to get out rushing us while we were already getting our stuff together we felt singled out both times by him

Pros:

We were there for a concert at hard rock so location was perfect and shuttle was a bonus. Staff were very nice.

Cons:

The breakfast was not good and the bathroom in the lobby was dirty. Did not like that i didn’t have a choice to park my own car which added an extra expense

Pros:

Staff were excellent and shuttle driver to casino and back was a star. Couldn't really find fault with the hotel. Maybe slightly larger bottles of water given the heat? But I would be nit picking.
