Pros:

Set up of the hotel. Breakfast and it's facilities are very nice, location and shuttle was very nice as well.

Cons:

One little thing, I did ask if we could have a view upon checking in of the guitar hotel across the street and I was told yes. And we did not. The room was very nice that we did get the setup the big window the comfort of the beds the chairs was perfect what we needed it for. I didn't get the view.

Pros:

Breakfast is pure poetry, Not American hotel style. Vegetables, fruits, and tons of toppings you won't find anywhere else in Florida. Strawberries, pineapples, blueberries, blackberries, grapes, oranges, bananas, various nuts, salmon, and more. In short, five stars for breakfast. We travel around Florida and haven't had a breakfast like this anywhere else! Well done!

Cons:

the room was not ready on time and we had to wait an hour for it, but ultimately we received satisfactory compensation

You need to your marketing team to mystery shop this hotel professionally. This is not 4 star hotel

The new housekeeping manager was exceptional, she was 1. Professional
2. Spoke English
3.was proactive in 5 star way I can see why she was brought in.
Keriy at front desk came around after the taxi hotel called for me did not come. An Uber thanks to her was called.
4. The manager of the resturant for hotel was exceptional outstanding.

6. The fluffy robe and amazing bedroom slippers were wonderful and a 1st class touch.

Cons:

1.I needed to reply to my reservation 3 times the 3d time I was suppose to enter code and I thought that was way uncalled for . IM a busy traveler .
2.the systems and procedures aren't up to par yes I would know I've stated in over 800 4 star hotels.
3.it was next to impossible to get help from front desk. They got better toward the end but it was very frustrating because I only booked that hotel because it was 4 stars .I was upset with booking ,com and the lack of response from any Hilton manager. That's because there's no manager on property..
For Hiltol this is un heard of. Someone just bought the hotel independently and is in no way involved.
It was neccessary for me to demand the key to my room.
4. The tv in room is very nice but extremly hard to operate and stated I needed to pay $25 dollars to watch TV. I GOT HOUSEKEEPPING MANAGMENENT TO EXPRESS MY EXTREME DISAPPOINTMENT. she responded right away and the maintenance man appeared and of course I did not need to pay the $25 fee, the person who answered the phone at the front desk lied.
5.. I've actually been hired to report and shop many 4 star hotels. I BELIEVE your own marketing team needs to mystery shop this hotel. Make sure they know what is involved to be a mystery shopper to get a 4star rating..
5. Carpeting on 3d floor hotel hall ways needs good professional carpet cleaning service.
6 . Professional training needs to be be given for hiring process front desk crew which wouldn't be neccessary if there was appearances made from an actual owner manager.
7. The phone system of pressing 1 for reservations,2 for front desk 3.houskeeping 4 parking 5 valet is uneffective in a horrible way. No wake up.call was received through this system. . Many times no one answers no matter what number you press. Again an on site manager would have been on top of this.even if the manager it as a parttime job

It was okay…
Pros:

Easy shuttle ride or walk across the street to Hard Rock Casino & Event Venue. Free kosher breakfast.

Cons:

Location was odd - the only way to enter was through a McDonald’s parking lot. Also, unable to self park, so must use valet. With that said, valet service was incredibly quick and easy.
For the room, you could hear everything in the hallway, neighbors above us, and the night club until 1am. Beds and pillows could also use replacing.

Great Hotel! Have stayed here several times and most definitely will stay again.
Pros:

Nice clean rooms with an unbeatable location!! The shuttle service to the Hard Rock is worth the price alone!!

Cons:

Prices vary wildly throughout the year.
