Nice room but hotel is far away from downtown and not walkable.
Pros:

Room was nice but small.

Cons:

Poor greeting experience. Not a “welcome to the Manchester “ just a “show me your drivers license and credit card”.
Felt like I was at a days inn

Cons:

More towels upon arrival and more than two trash cans for the entire room. In room dinning took a while to receive however it was a Friday night and I’m sure it was busy.

Had great time & enjoyed our stay. It’s always our go to hotel.

Cons:

Everything was great room was just little dirty on carpet & our bed sheets wore torn but we didn’t bring up the issue due to not affecting us. Still had wonderful stay!

I waited 40 minutes to get my room key, though I arrived at 3:00 pm and was instantly told that my room was ready; that housekeeping had to do a quick run through.

Pros:

It was a beautiful property and the staff were excellent!

Cons:

Our door stopped working and it needed maintenance and we had to move rooms. But the staff was very accommodating to us during that time.
