Nice hotel, rooms on the small side - bed very comfortable, location is good - rooftop bar fun.

Location is good, bed was comfortable, nice bathroom, the Lost Palm cocktail bar was fun.

Cons:

The room was tight, but nice. I didn't like all the food/drink for sale on the cabinet - too cluttered for such a small space. The hotel bar food could be better - maybe more traditional (wings, sliders, flat breads, calamari). We had the shrimp and pimento dip (needs more than 4 pieces of skinny bread for the amount of dip - maybe add some crackers too). Additional TVs in the bar would be great too - there is only 1. The bar furniture is nice but was not ideal for eating - tables were way too small - hard to fit appetizers and drinks on two little tables for 4 people.

Nice room but hotel is far away from downtown and not walkable.

Poor greeting experience. Not a “welcome to the Manchester “ just a “show me your drivers license and credit card”.

Cons:

More towels upon arrival and more than two trash cans for the entire room. In room dinning took a while to receive however it was a Friday night and I’m sure it was busy.
