Location and cleanliness.

Cons:

The lady who was at the entrance of the dining hall was bit rude, we were entering for breakfast and she was little away from her desk, all of sudden she came near and said that go back and then asked room #. She should say ask the room # wherever she was and then enter in her register.

My stay has been heavenly to say the least!
Pros:

I highly value cleanliness and this hotel delivered! They go above and beyond to provide their guests a super clean environment both inside and outside the rooms! The rooms are spacious, staff super friendly and willing to go all out to make sure you are well taken care of! And their breakfast, don’t get me started! I was expecting the usual continental: coffee, bagels, pastries, cereal. What we actually got: eggs, bacon, pancakes, tater tots, home fries, toast, oatmeal, etc!! Everything was fresh and nice and hot. It was actually refreshing to see this level of detail in a hotel in the Bronx! Kudos to Highbridge!!!

Cons:

We’ve been staying here a little over 2 weeks and we have yet to find anything we don’t like about the property. Everything has been totally up to par!

I would stay again no worries or issues from me

I definitely recommend this hotel.
Pros:
