Hotel ideale per rapporto qualità prezzo, anche in funzione della distanza da Manhattan
Pros:

Letto comodo in camera spaziosa e pulita.
Vicino alla stazione della metro.
Colazione abbondante ma all’inglese, non ci sono dolci. Staff cordiale e tranquillo. La struttura è in una posizione non troppo “brutta” del bronx.

Cons:

Colazione, perché siamo italiani e mancava la parte dolce. Pur non avendo mai avuto reali pericoli siamo sempre nel bronx… quindi tranquillo ma non tranquillissimo.

Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante il mio viaggio a New York e mi sono trovato molto bene. La struttura era pulita e il personale sempre gentile e accogliente. La colazione era discreta, ma potrebbe essere migliorata. Appena arrivati il quartiere può sembrare un po’ particolare, ma dopo averci preso confidenza ci si rende conto che non c’è nulla di preoccupante. Un grande punto di forza è la posizione: la metro è vicinissima e in circa quindici minuti si arriva a Times Square. Nel complesso, è stata un’ottima esperienza e ci tornerei volentieri.

Se encuentra en el barrio del Bronx, está muy cerca de 2 líneas de metro, a 5 minutos (línea 4) y 10 (línea D) que te llevan a Times Square en 20-25 minutos aproximadamente. Hay tiendas en la zona y aunque nosotros llegábamos casi todos los días sobre las 23.00 en ningún momento tuvimos sensación de inseguridad. Nuestra habitación era muy amplia (cama de 2m). El desayuno tipo buffet empezaba a las 06.30 y tenías patatas y bacon (o patatas con cebolla y hamburguesa), revuelto, pancakes, zumo, café (que además estaba disponible 24h), huevos cocidos, tostadas y baggels variados, mantequilla, mermelada, queso de untar, sirope, yogur, cereales. El wifi funcionaba perfectamente. La recepción funciona 24h y pudimos dejar las maletas tanto el día de llegada como el día de salida sin ningún coste. Hay varios empleados que hablan castellano lo cual nos facilitaba las cosas (muchas gracias Joel). En el pasillo de las habitaciones hay hielo. Como hemos comentado, en la recepción hay agua y café gratuito 24h al día. Hotel con muy buena relación calidad-precio. Tuvimos un problema de fuga de agua en el baño que resolvieron en el mismo día, así que una atención al cliente muy buena.

Better than expected
Pros:

I was positively surprised by the cleanliness of the property. I have come to lower the bar for certain price levels of hotel stays when I am paying for it out of pocket. For the price range that I paid, I loved what I saw. Breakfast is good considering that is included in the price.

Cons:

I understand the paid parking situation even if I don’t like it. However they allow you to go out and in as many times as you want if you pay for your nights unlike some places where I had to pay every time I get out and try to get back in.

Correct mais pourrait être mieux.
Pros:

La chambre était de bonne taille et propre.
Un peu loin du centre de new york, mais correct pour le prix.

Cons:

Il manquait de choix et de diversité au petit déjeuner.
Personnel peu avenant et qui ne fait pas d'effort pour communiquer, à l'exception du personnel du petit déjeuner.
