Great location just off the interstate, friendly staff, breakfast had a good selection, bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Cons:

My only complaint was the shower, low water pressure and the hottest it got was lukewarm.

Dirty floors, but what else is dirty?

The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. It ruined the whole experience for us. We usually like this location, but we will rethink stopping here, on our next trip.

We were traveling though and only stayed for one night but I’m happy I decided to go with this place!
Pros:

Very clean and updated place. It’s pet friendly. We saw a handful of animals while we stayed for one night but from looking around, you’d never know it. Very clean inside and out. It’s quiet. We never heard anyone coming and going or chatter in the halls. Super hot water and good water pressure in the shower. The pool was clean and heated. The breakfast had a nice selection to choose from for adults and kids.

Cons:

The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the mattress was very firm. But I’m just knit picking at this point.

Very nice, clean hotel, and great location.
Pros:

Clean,helpful staff.

Cons:

18% tax imposed on visitors by the state is ridiculous! We are spending money in the state of Tennessee as a visitor and should not be penalized for our stay!

Nice facility, breakfast was disappointing
Pros:

Room was on 1st floor by back door so it was easy to take a pet in and out.

Cons:

Beds were hard.
Breakfast was terrible.
Breakfast was scheduled at 6:30 and it was not opened until 7:00am. There was nothing except some eggs and sausage. Very disappointed.

With a couple of easy fixes this could be a 10 star hotel review.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and seemed to be recently updated. It had all the small things I needed- a fridge, a microwave and a hair dryer. The bed was comfortable and the TV brilliant.

Cons:

The coffee cups leaked slowly through the bottom seam and left drips on the floor and the bedding. The HVAC unit was noisy and had no response on the control panel so it ran on high the entire time. We ended up unplugging it. Shower in the early morning had lukewarm water. Lastly, we are traveling so we wanted to get on the road early. Breakfast was scheduled for 6:30am, actually was not ready at 6;50 am.
