This was our 2nd time staying and neither time was the pool available to get in!! Grandson was very disappointed both times

Except this kind I got a first four room I'm just concerned about my deposit for $100

Everything, the floor was oily, rust everywhere, bathroom floor all dirty, dirty bathtub, first for never again....
No phone service
Horror got contact high from other guests right outside my door smoking pot. Crack in the door was hugh AC didn't work very old furniture felt sick all night because room temperature was 76. No cups for water or coffee. Bad experience.

The property had so much debris in the parking lot, empty cups, squashed ketchup packets in the hallway at the end of the stairs outside there was empty pizza boxes the hallway going to my room outside. The pool was filthy needed to be power washed. I asked for another room because I didn’t wanna be in front of the pool, but they didn’t have any. I went inside put my bag down, looked around and looked in the bathroom. There was shit in the toilet. I went back to the counter and I told the guy I said you charge me $25 for my dog but yet there is shit in the toilet so he sent someone to clean it. The Man did clean it but he did leave one piece of poop still, and there was cobwebs in the ceiling. There was a bottom part of the wall that looked like somebody had dropped coffee on it, and they just let it dry. The air conditioner was so loud and squeaky that every time it turned on you would wake up. The bed was hard as a rock. The only thing that was comfortable, was the comforter and the pillows. It was the most horrible stay. I did not feel safe. I didn’t sleep all night. It was the worst ever.
Nothing at all it was horrible. There was empty pizza boxes in the hallway down from the stairs. The hallway itself going to the back rooms was so filthy needed to be power washed the outside parking lot at empty ketchup, packets, and cups and plastic spoons smashed it was full of weeds. You could tell they just painted so the pictures on Booking.com look wonderful but they weren’t. I got my room. I went in and looked around went into the bathroom. There was shit in the toilet I went back to the desk and told them you charge me $25 for my dog but yet do you love shit in the toilet so the housekeeper came and cleaned it but still left a piece of poop that was dried in there I felt so unsafe there everybody was smoking pot. That’s all I could smell and anytime I had to bring my dog out. I was fearful. The place was terrible. The pictures make it look great but it’s not and it took them two days or three days to give me back my hundred dollar security deposit when I got there requested a different room. He told me there was none but yet when I told them there was poop in the toilet, he suddenly said do you want to change your room? I originally tried to cancel the entire reservation on my drive there. I mean through the state and they wouldn’t let me. They said that you would be charged anyway, so that’s why I went there never again they should be closed down
Nothing ....place is run down...rust and peeling paint..dirty hallways mattress were old...and breakfast was cold !!!!
Everything could have been better I
Good clean room and great value.
No complaints but the bed was not comfortable in relation to my personal preferences. It was a large king size bed. I'm assuming it was a pillow top style mattress. I had difficulty tossing and turning in bed. It seemed that my body was sunk in the pillow top too deep that made it harder to toss and turn. Also, the pillows were too firm and thick that made it harder to sleep and tended to cause a stiff neck.
There were no other people on the property
It was very run down.
