It’s a shame, but absolutely nothing
This property could be beautiful with some attention to detail and some remodeling. The management needs to pick up the property. There were cigarette butts everywhere broken machines. It was actually an embarrassment. I am currently staying in. Hilton blows your property away.
It was lots of trash in the bins going through the walkways
The location
Everything. I will spend the money and stay at Fairfield or the Hampton Inn next time. That's the ho motel. I will do that to myself again.
The beds were comfortable. The alfresco breakfast was pretty good.
The bed clothes were dirty looking and there was what looked like a blood spot on one of the top sheets. The bathroom in the main lobby had no toilet paper or towels.
Location was good for us
Service and the conditions of the room was not good..sink was clogged, bed smell from the AC, hair dresser wasn’t working. We showed it to the morning receptionist in person but he didn’t compensate anything for us. We don’t recommend this to anyone
The curtain didn't close and the room was on the ground level. The room was very dirty, with hair on the wall in the bathroom, dead bugs all over the floor and in the bathtub, and the room smells terrible
The location!!
The ceiling in our room had like cracks in some places!! The pool was not available for my grandkids to play in and it wasn’t shared on the website either!!
We stayed there for the event and staff was professional and accommodating, and rooms are clean. Will stop again whenever we are in the town
Covient for our event. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was large and appears to have been remodel recently.
Air in room ran constantly
and never cooled to my liking. No area guide in the room, restaurants, area sites to see,etc. No TV guide or notice for internet in my room.
We love the Santee area. Sheets were definitely & lobby is lovely HOWEVER,
Unpleasant wasp greeting when we entered our room…took quite awhile to deal with that!! Cobwebs on ceiling, lightbulbs in lamp covered with dust. Bathroom floor filthy, fridge froze food, drinks AND most importantly our meds that require refrigeration! Luckily we always travel with bleach wipes & I suggest anyone planning on staying here to do the same.
