Did not get very much sleep, cigarette smoke affected sinuses and breathing, won't stay again,
Cons:

They put us in a room next to the elevators and outside doors, one of the smoking locations was located outside this entry, constant people traffic and slamming doors, smell of cigarette smoke was being drawn in to the room through the airconditioning unit, upon trying to change rooms the staff said that there were no other rooms available, but there were rooms available for booking online, staff was unwilling to make things rite, especially after requesting a quiet room when booking,

Cons:

I had to go to the front desk 2 times to get towels. The room was short of them. No facecloths and hand towels. The first time 1 1/2 hours after being told they were coming I went down to inquire about them. Then over an hour later I also went down.
The floor was sticky to walk on.
We were up at 5 am on the morning of check in. We had a 3 hour drive and then spent the day at The Henry Ford Museum and checked in afterward.
We were exhausted after a long day and wanted quiet and a long soaking bath.

SUPER loud in room- left hotel early so we could get away from the music and sounds above and around us. lack of towels/pillows/blankets, felt like a sleazy apartment building

Marginal overall stay at best.
Pros:

Bed was comfortable and room was relatively clean.

Cons:

No soap, shampoo, ice bucket or even a couple of plastic drinking glasses. Not one towel in the room until we asked for them.

Cons:

The room was not ready around 3pm for check-in. They said duvets are in the washer and if we want them they may stop by to give it to us?! (Surprise surprise, they didn’t do that) In addition to that they haded over the towels to us, while check-in for us to carry it to our room. There was nothing inside the rooms, and the bathroom except a soap. No hangers no nothing. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, wouldn’t book here again.

They were out of toilet paper for over 24 hours. Frequently out of towels, no dishess for the kitchen despite being advertised and no soap in bathroom upon arrival

Cons:

The bed sheets were not clean, and there was a strong smell of rotten fish throughout the hotel. Although the staff were friendly and polite, we were unable to sleep because some guests were shouting and arguing very loudly until around 3:00 a.m., and nothing seemed to be done to stop the disturbance.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will definitely not stay here again.
