Once I arrive I was informed that my room wasn't available it was sold out. Along with no accommodations.

Cons:

The girl at the desk told me that there were no rooms available even thou booking said that my reservation was ok. I started calling booking support and right away the girl found a room for me.
The whole stay they did not gave me a key for the room I had to call the reception every time I wanted to enter my room.

OK for one night
Pros:

Large, clean, quiet room. LOVED the wood floor — so much more sanitary than carpet. Good shower with a free-flowing drain. Long vanity surrounding the sink with lots of space to set toiletries. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging devices. Absolutely WONDERFUL staff — both Andrea and Jimmie were delightful and super helpful.

Cons:

Our bed had only a plastic-feeling mattress cover and no bottom sheet (unbelievable!!!!). When we reported this to the front desk staff the next morning they were appalled that this housekeeping mistake could have happened and apologized profusely. A smaller issue is that there was only one nightstand which was quite inconvenient. Also, this hotel has the very odd practice of providing bath towels and washcloths but no hand towels which is also very inconvenient. We got through the night and would probably stay again but would check the bed on arrival to be sure it has both a top AND a bottom sheet!!

Between the people next-door and not having a towel Saturday and Sunday, I was very disappointed
Pros:

I really like that I found out that mall was behind it. It was in a very nice location.

Cons:

I ended up with no towels or no racks. There was no shower curtain curtains when I first got there and people next-door every night at 3 o’clock in the morning at 6 o’clock in the morning was very very loud.

no emenities, no soap or towels not even a garage bin. Couldn’t find staff if i needed anything but when i did find someone she was nice. Very sketchy the people in here, smelled like weed.

It is not a good place to stay for a traveler not enough amenities

The rooms were large and they were clean

Cons:

There are no amenities at all. There was not even any soap in the room. Not enough towels. The people in the room next to us had a loud party that went on for hours - at least 5 hours. Called security and they did address it but it was after many hours. Dogs barking in the hallway.
