Location in relation to University of Michigan

Cons:

Absolute horse-shit hotel. Paper thin walls, crappy bedding, constant smell of weed in the property. Check-in process was shit and unsafe, using a booth that connected to a virtual meeting. Credit card could not be tapped (which is extremely sketchy in this day and age)

Its no front desk the room was missing essentials whatever guest that was there the last time still had items on top of the refrigerator. Couldn’t find an employee , THE NOISE was my top thing that i didn’t like ppl yelling bouncing basketballs at 4 in the morning blasting music at all times of the night. There was no common sense . Ppl yelling it’s just wasn’t what a hotel supposed to be .

I like the kitchen scene it different didn’t expect it. Then the freezer came with ice trays that was a bonus. The bed was nice and comfy. Could use more pillows on the bed.

Worst hotel experience ever dirty room, weed smell, bug bites, and not safe for kids.

Very disappointing experience. The hotel had a strong weed smell throughout the property, which is not ideal when traveling with young kids. The room was not clean at all we found hairs on the bed, dust everywhere, and the overall condition felt dirty and unpleasant. I even got bug bites on my back, and my daughter developed allergies, most likely due to the dust and lack of cleanliness.

Supplies in the room were not sufficient, and the environment felt uncomfortable instead of relaxing. I actually took videos because the condition of the room was so bad. We booked this stay to relax, but it turned into a suffocating and stressful experience.

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place, especially for families with children.

I didn’t like a&w next door gave my wife food poisoning. And there was a fire alarm that went off and non of the staff cared if people
Evacuated or not I walked by 2 employees who didn’t say anything to me or act like it was a big deal

Will never stay here ever again. Didn't realize this was a extended stay hotel.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM.

I reserved a double queen bed suite room with a crib everything was confirmed in January for February 27 when I arrived in February they had no double queen suites available (even tho it was reserved already) and gave me a single bed quite for 4 people to sleep in and had no crib. I was going to cancel they were trying to charge for that did not give me a percentage off said that they were not going to compensate me of anything I asked for the property manager contact information I was told they would not give it to me. After 3 pm you have to check in on a kisiok I would never recommend this place to no one. I would never stay here again

Pros:

The two people that I actually saw were nice. However, it was extremely rare that you saw an employee.
Very reasonably priced.
Decent location

Cons:

We had no towels in our room.
The system to check in to the hotel is ridiculous.
The light in the bathroom kept randomly turning on.
The TV wouldn't work until I unplugged everything and then called the main lobby, which was not a person in the building and he thought I needed new keys and not a TV. It did finally work, but the signal was shotty.
The entire place reeks of marijuanna.
There is only 1 elevator.
