Reasonably priced.
Pros:

The price was an incredible value. The room was clean and quite ample in size.

Cons:

No place to safely store baggage upon early arrival. My room was not cleaned, bed wasn’t made and clean towels weren’t provided on my third day of stay. The television wasn’t repaired even though management said they would take care of it. On the second night, there were drunks fighting in the parking lot behind the hotel.

Terrible staff and gross room

When we entered the room, we immediately noticed significant cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bedding had multiple stains and burnt holes, and we found hairs in the bed. The chair in the room was also covered in stains and appeared visibly dirty, with debris throughout it. These conditions were completely unacceptable and did not reflect a room that was properly cleaned or maintained for guests.

There was also a serious safety concern with our room. We were staying on the second floor, and the window had no screen and could be opened fully. We had small children staying in the room with us, which made this particularly concerning. We did not feel that the room was safe for our family.

Additionally, we encountered roaches outside of our room, which further contributed to our concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the property.

We attempted to address these issues with the front desk, but unfortunately, the situation became even more concerning. My sister spoke with the front desk regarding the conditions, and the employee was extremely rude and aggressive toward her, yelled at her, and repeatedly hung up on her. Given the condition of the room and the way our concerns were handled, we no longer felt comfortable or safe remaining at the property.

As a result, we left the hotel and did not return. We did not feel safe staying there and could not reasonably remain in a room with these conditions, particularly with small children present.

Pleasantly surprised, a perfect stay at the $100 price point.
Pros:

Better than most other motels in the area that are all rundown and gross. Good value for anything under $100 these days. Bed was way more comfy than most of these kinds of hotel/motels and I was surprised and very pleased it had a locked door and hallway so it wasn't a motel! Pleasantly surprised by their coffee machine too, had a great hot cocoa to go! Parking was plentiful on a Thursday in summer- came in late from a conference and there was still ample parking late at night.

Cons:

Pillows were not terrible, but also not great. There was a gap in room 250's flooring that should be filled with some caulk or something because it's a tripping hazard. I used the ironing board and the pad came off and I spent a good 20 minutes trying to get it back on and it wouldn't stay because the elastic is very old and not working anymore. Not a big deal at all since most people would never use the iron or notice, but may be worth replacing.
