It was nice. Good price, good service and good customer support. Only thing is the amenities, I wish there was more towe
Pros:

I liked the spot is was in. Close to the boardwalk too! (Driving distance) but if you wanted to walk there, it was close too. Also good restaurants nearby.

Pros:

We appreciated the 11:30 check out as we were in town to run a 10K event and needed time to shower before check out.

Cons:

The bright parking lot light was shining into the room but I appreciated the cars were well lit for safety.

A great location close to the Pacific Mall and a great price for Santa Cruz
Pros:

I thought it was a great location. At first, I was a bit nervous that it might be noisy right on a main street, but I didn’t notice the noise at all and I’m often sensitive to that. Also, after I checked out and was going over some map issues and such in my car, I realize that I needed to use a bathroom. There isn’t a public one for everyone and because my room hadn’t been cleaned, the proprietor, let me back in. Saved me so much time finding a public restroom. I also liked the coffee available at breakfast time downstairs in the mornings. I was already meeting somebody for breakfast so I was just as glad that that was what was available.
