Amazing staff very friendly and accommodating.
Nothing negative to say the property is well located with great facilities and service.
The receptionist Joy or jay was very accommodating and kind …i like the aize of the room clean ..
Los cuartos están muy cómodos, limpios y con espacio suficiente para descansar! Buena iluminación y la decoración muy agradable.
La oficina, no explican con suficiente información las formas de pago. Pero todo salió bien
It was clean, The cleaning staff were super nice and friendly, They had a very welcoming presence. It worked for the one night we needed it for.
Not recommended for long stays. Not super safe had broken windows and doors felt like they were not that sturdy. There outlets didn’t work
Staff is very friendly. Good location
Parking was easy to find even with our late night check in, staff were friendly and easy to get a hold of, rooms were spacious, close drive to the pier
Thin walls lead to interrupted sleep, only a couple available outlets and both were difficult to plug into, floors were filthy, doors that could only be used as an exit made load in more difficult than it needed to be, staff had no idea coffee machine didn't work and the pots were empty
What I like about the property was close enough to the restaurant
It’s nice and clean
Old
They charge me $25 for parking, in their page said parking it's free

The location was convenient, but the road is so noisy.
Our room had a chemical/moldy odor that was horrible. The place was full so no way to switch rooms. We tried opening the window to ventilate the room, but the traffic noise was awful so we had to choose between sleeping with the smell or trying to sleep with continuous traffic noise.
Everything was GREAT! The manager and his staff were extremely accommodating and I truly enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely be returning :)
Nothing!
The beds are on platforms made of…plastic? Tin? Fiberglass? No idea but when they are touched it causes a loud reverberation. The door from our room to the outside was not operational. There are no lamps, only extremely bright overhead lighting. The electrical outlets are few, and in inconvenient places. The front desk person explicitly told us we could pay with a different credit card upon check out, but on the day of check out the different front desk person told us it was not possible. A plethora of other problems could be listed but the fact is, it would not have been so bad if it didn’t cost us over $700 to stay in this motel for two nights. The fact that substandard establishments can hike up the price solely because of the UCSC graduation weekend is very unfortunate. We did not expect fancy at all, and have stayed in other motels in Santa Cruz that were perfectly fine, but this one was not okay for what turned out to be over $350 per night. We have also never written a negative review before but this stay required one.
Convenient parking.
We like how the location was close but not to the boardwalk.
The room space was cramped. We had a king room, so the bed and desk took up most of the space. The walking path in the room was tight. Next time, we will try the queen to see if that gives us more room.
