Dishonest staff
Pros:

Check in was extremely smooth. Front desk clerk was accommodating and night clerk brought up blankets for the girls to make a fort with.Very nice.Bed was supper comfortable, large suite room. Overall had a great stay.

Cons:

Upon arriving home( in drive )realized that my daughters JBL portable speaker and my phone charger were left in room contacted staff, two different times and was told they had not been turned in to lost and found by cleaning staff.Both were used in the room and we only had a over night bag with us. (No question they were left in hotel room) Extremely disappointed that you can pay about $180.00 a night at a hotel that has such dishonest staff. BETTER OFF STAYING ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

Perfect comfort
Pros:

Very clean. Very comfortable. Front desk friendly and charming. I might only suggest asking for an odd numbered room. They are away from the street noise. Also great breakfast

Clean and comfy.
Pros:

Very positive experience with a few minor constructive criticisms to help you improve in the future.
1. The batteries were dead in one TV remote.
2. Ran out of body wash after one shower.
3. The batteries were dead in the AC control panel, so at 10PM with half my family sleeping we had the auditor changing batteries so we could cool the room.
4. Very noisy late on a weekend evening due to the hangout area in the park parking lot across the street from the hotel. WILL NOT stay in a street side room in the future.
Other than that, very clean and comfortable room. We loved the little nook, seating and second TV.
We will stay here again!

Great customer service
Pros:

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff was genuinely friendly and extended a late checkout for me upon an unexpected change in my plans. I would absolutely stay again.
