Good location, but the noise at night affected the overall experience.
Pros:

The location was good and the room was clean.

Cons:

There was significant noise during the night from other rooms, which made it very uncomfortable and hard to rest, especially since I was traveling with my child. The hotel should improve noise control and ensure a quieter environment for guests.

It was great to come back to a comfortable hotel after a long day!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent! Many tasty choices! I liked the coffee machine that ground the coffee beans and it was available anytime. The beds were also very comfortable!

Cons:

The air conditioner was a little noisy, but that’s normal for hotels.

Clean, cozy, good breakfast, spacious room

Cons:

There were no small towels, surprisingly, we booked a room with a view of the pool, and eventually we got a room with a view of the parking lot from the side.

Pros:

Everything! It was my daughter's 40th birthday weekend, we chose to stay there on a whim and we were both VERY GLAD we did. The staff sang to her in English & Spanish. Never met such Wonderful people that actually enjoyed being at work. The room was perfect! Fabulous idea with the full size shampoo/conditioner, soap, lotion! I've been wondering when/if someone would do it. Saves money, time, space, waste and the environment. When we left, we promised we will be back!
