New clean and comfy.
Pros:

I have stayed a lot of comfort ın and this one stands out as the best. It ıs new hotel, floors are not covered with carpet and not smells like old grandma house. Bed was comfy, room was big enough and everything was clean. There were a lot of restaurants and markets nearby.

My favorite place to stay when I visit New Port Richey
Pros:

The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. I frequently stay at this location, and the front desk staff, Grace and Shorty, always make me feel like a VIP.

Cons:

The scrambled eggs were not the best. I think they were pre-mixed eggs. Fresh eggs would have been much better.

Very nice stay. Welcoming Staff. Very Clean
Pros:

Breakfast was okay! Appreciate that it was free. Just would like to have more of a variety of food. Something different each day. Breakfast was the same every day.
Hotel and staff were amazing! Very friendly and kind.

Cons:

Just the breakfast part is it. Maybe add more and something different each day. Pancakes, Omelets, biscuits and gravy. Stuff like that would be very nice to have.

Good stay in New Port Richey
Pros:

Very clean. Helpful staff. Right off the main highway. Corned beef and potatoes at breakfast was a nice shift from the ordinary.

Cons:

While food choices were good at breakfast, it closed at 9 so for those of us avoiding traffic, 9 was a bit early to shut down.

The stuff at night is sucks.
Pros:

The location is good

Cons:

The stuff, especially at night, never know anything always is " I don't know you have to wait yo speak with someone in the morning " I don't get it how the hotel have people like that, I gest the hotel don't care neither.

Nice motel
Pros:

So the good and the bad. Rooms were spacious we got the King deluxe handicap room. Staff was accommodating. Breakfast was less than desirable.
The bad. Upon entering room we smelled a light odor of bleach. Didn’t think it was a big deal. Unfortunately my Wife has asthma. We were gone most of the evening enjoying events in New Port Richey. Upon returning to room the odor was a little more obvious. Around 11:15 she began filling the effects of asthma but she said she would use her inhaler and go to sleep. By morning she was having a full asthma attack. Got her medicine shower and coffee as she stabilized. We immediately checked out early. I told the Staff about the issue and she said yes they probably used to much bleach but I should have called and the would have moved us. Sorry but a little late for that option. At any rate no discount, no refund just an apology. Housekeeping should know what cleaning practices are safe for all patrons. Did I mention it was our 31st Anniversary
