Need better customer service
Pros:

Clean

Cons:

A/c wasnt working in 1 out of the 3 rooms we booked. We were there for a wedding. When my husband made staff aware, they would not offer another room or a discount, nothing! Poor customer service’

Newer facility but not a good value
Pros:

Clean facility, good location, larger size room with refrigerator and dinnerware

Cons:

Expensive, pool was closed which made the value poor, breakfast had almost every item missing except waffle and cereal. Even the juice was out. Almost no breakfast also made the value very poor. It felt like this hotel is losing money and everything was cost-cutting, which made the service slow and poor quality. I'm likely to choose one of the many other hotels nearby in the future

Great overall experience
Pros:

Convenient location, geat front desk service, super clean, very spacious and loved the shower head pressure.

Cons:

Only negative was that during our visit the pool area was temporarily out of service due to maintenance but it wasn't a deal breaker. Other than than that, my wife and I had a great experience.

Pros:

Staff was friendly from check-in to breakfast bar attendant to housekeepers. All very friendly. Room was clean. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Great experience!

The installations are very good modern, costumer service was great, breakfast and rooms

Pros:

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for work. I'm a Hilton member so I get very good care. Staff always greet me with a smile and ask if there is anything they can do for me.

Their breakfast quality has improved. I am very pleased.

Our home away from home
Pros:

We visited El Centro for our Granddaughter’s bday. They love Hotels. We’ve stayed at several hotels in the area. However, this was our second visit. Guest recognized everything. We will. Be back soo soon
