They said that the room that I reserved is not available at the check-in. So I was left to figure out what to do and I had to reserve and move to a new hotel by myself on the spot after a long flight.

Breakfast,location,parking,the room in general including shower,closet,bed,tv.

Overall nice hotel with great breakfast (made-to-order omelets, scrambled eggs, potatoes, meat, selection of breads, yogurt, juices, and coffee), easy parking, convenient location to freeway and local Tree Nut plaza. Used a suite upgrade award for a suite which was comfortably sized but floor was dirty and sticky upon arrival, and I had to clean floor myself with Clorox wipes (which came up dirty-black). We also found leftover candy on the bedroom floor which we suspect led to the bad ant invasion during our stay, with a trail of ants crawling around our beds and over us when we were sleeping there. Also, the toilet clogged our last night there but no maintenance assist was available and couldn't even bring us a plunger to our room, so I had to stand by the toilet for over an hour repeatedly flushing to clear the clog.

The Stay

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable beds, well designed living space. I asked for fresh towels and they were delivered within minutes. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Quiet, never heard anyone in another room. We used the pool and kids had fun. No hot tub which was a slight disappointment but nothing to complain about. Hotel check in was easy, very kind staff. We ordered drinks at the bar a few times and they were good. Would definitely recommend!

What used to be our go-to hotel for the last 5 years, is not what it used to be. Sure the breakfast is included with your stay, but has become nearly uneatable. The food is institutional grade now, as in prisons or state hospitals. When we arrived, I had to wait for 5-7 minutes to even be greeted by the front desk attendant because there was only one person at the desk and she was on the phone. She didn't bother to excuse herself to the person on the phone to say "Welcome, I'll be right with you." Someone who appeared to be a maintenance worker walked by the desk and actually greeted me. He was friendly and tried to make small talk with me as I was being ignored by the desk person. Just as we were driving into town, the hotel called me in my car and said the room I booked was having plumbing problems and that we would have to stay in another room. This is the second time that the room I booked online was not available when we arrived on the property. We drive about 5 hours to get to Vacaville, and ambushing us at the last moment to say the room we booked is not available anymore does not give me a chance to check other hotel options. I shouldn't have to look for other options after we have arrived at the hotel, that's why I make the reservations ahead of time. Our experience at this property keeps slipping each time we stay. Instead of Hyatt House Vacaville being our Go-To hotel, I will need to consider other properties next time. It's simply too bad.

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen area in room with all the essentials. Breakfast was great, lots of options. No extra fee for parking. Bar downstairs so we ordered drinks to bring to our room sometimes. Would definitely recommend!!

Location was close to job site

Loved the location - I actually love the industrial area this is in. Freeway close. Close to a lot of shops and villages (Nut Tree, etc.)

Lovely property. Bright and clean. Modern. Friendly and helpful staff...sometimes they feel a bit understaffed but they are making it work.

We stayed there twice within two months and can't wait to book again.

Comfortable beds. 1BR suite was roomy and comfortable.

Stayed at Hyatt House Vacaville in May 2026 with family. We had a great experience. Staff was excellent and super accommodating to requests. The pool was nice and clean. The gym had all new equipment (3 treadmills, 2 ellipticals, peloton bike, weights, and the multi use machine with pulleys). Breakfast was a great spread filled with scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, potato’s or tots, bacon or sausage, pancakes or French toast or waffles. Lots of bread options, oatmeal, cereal. I really loved that they had oat milk available. That was awesome! The location is just a few minutes drive to the outlets malls, tons of food options, and fun activities for kiddos like a carousel and train. The hotel is in new condition. I would definitely stay here again if in the area!
