Cons:

Because I booked through booking.com they almost did not honor my room upgrade. Luckily they did. I just paid more for a suite and was surprised to get to my room and it wasn’t what I paid for. I think the hotel was having a challenging day. Alarms kept going off and the elevator wasn’t working. I got a room in hopes to relax because of chronic migraines and back issues, but instead I had to deal with the room situation, alarms going off, and elevators not working. I wasn’t feeling good and had to walk up and down the stairs. I was on the third floor. It was not a good experience. The hotel is nice. But the day I stayed didn’t help my cause.

Fantastic staff, so kind and helpful!
Pros:

Immaculate, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was amazing, thank you!

Cons:

Right off the freeway, but wish it was a bit closer to a few more restaurants although the hotel’s bar and cafe were nice.

Pros:

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, breakfast was good, the coffee was not too bad also. Our iron popped a circuit breaker but was fixed immediately. We would stay here again!
