Disappointing. Would have expected more for the price

Cons:

Shower control was loose making it difficult to use. No regular cable so could not watch the Knicks game. No coffee maker in the room. Not even a desk or desk chair. Will not stay there again.

El trato de la recepcionista fue fatal tuvimos un inconveniente con la máquina de refrescos ella estaba alli bregando algo en una nevera pequeña de repente se desconectó la máquina de refrescos y después de haber pagado la máquina no quiso darme mi refresco. Le dije a ella y el trato fue horrible me trató súper mal aún yo informándole que es su culpa. Ella terminó dándome mi refresco de mala manera no fue Cordial en atenderme. Es mi primera vez que vengo aquí y por este hecho créeme que no volveré jamás. Todo pasó delante de mi novia horrible. Necesitan capasitar mejor sus empleados y ser respetuosos y amables con los clientes. Me llevo una mala experiencia. Gracias
