Good location and staff, but disorganization and poor room service practices brought the overall experience down—7/1
Pros:

The location was convenient, the facilities were well kept, and most of the staff were professional and courteous. The valet team and breakfast staff stood out—they were friendly, respectful, and genuinely made the experience better. Breakfast itself was good quality with a solid variety of options.

Cons:

There were a few issues that impacted the stay. Breakfast, while good, was very disorganized—the layout caused congestion, especially with the omelette station placed in the middle, creating long lines and making it difficult to move around. More concerning was the handling of room maintenance. Despite informing staff that we were staying, our room carpets were cleaned while occupied, leaving them damp without proper notice or consent. This created discomfort and concern about staying in the room afterward. Additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent—we had to repeatedly request basic service such as cleaning, restocking items, and making the bed. Early morning cleaning noise also disrupted rest, which defeats the purpose of staying in a hotel.

We were with friends from abroad and had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Staff were great, great location and overall stay was fabulous.

Cons:

Only gripe we had - dirty plate and glass outside room for a day and a half. Not a good look for cleanliness.

Fantastic location & amenities.
Pros:

Wonderful location, lovely views, very walkable area with lots of shops. We really enjoyed dinner at the rooftop restaurant. Breakfast was so good, lots of fresh options. Valet parking was a little pricey, but easy.

Cons:

Front desk staff seemed stressed.

Overpriced, dirty facility, rude front desk teammate
Cons:

We arrived at 4pm after a long road trip and was greeted by a rude front desk teammate who told us our room was not ready and couldn’t give us a time of when it would be ready. I had to go to the rooftop bar with a six year old and wait an hour and a half until the room was ready. Then we went to the pool which was dirty and looked to have not been cleaned in a long time. There were plates of food in the lobby as well. Overall, it was a poor experience and I will not be back.
