Great stay in Durham
Pros:

Hotel was clean and staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. Love that the facility is pet friendly with a dog walk area located at the end of the parking lot. The free breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

Cons:

Beds - hard
Pillows - way to soft
Breakfast: nothing that should have been hot was hot.
A) Eggs shouldn't have fluid in the bottom of pan & should be hot.
B) Fried Potatoes should be browned and at least warm.

Perhaps you should have something different: eg.
- a fruit bar
- eggs to order - say overeasy, different types of omelettes...
- more than 1 type of meat - instead of just meat patties, maybe patties, crispy bacon, link sausage, different types of ham...

We had a great stay and would definitely stay there again!
Pros:

It was the nicest, cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. The beds were comfortable and we couldn’t hear any noise from hallways, so we had a good nights rest. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel - great selection and the area was very neat and clean.

Cons:

The only complaint we would have was that it was hard to get back on the main road because of the configuration of the medians on Cole Mill Rd.

A Real Find Near Duke Medical
Pros:

Don’t be fooled by the commercial location - this hotel is a real gem! Very clean & comfortable. Friendly & helpful staff - especially Rob at the front desk. Very nice fitness center with a nice laundry room for guests to use. An easy 15-20 minute drive to Duke Neurology. Highly recommend!

Pros:

99% of everything was great!

Cons:

2 staff members at desk. 1 was very friendly and personable. The other was not. She was not rude by any means and does not deserve to be reprimanded! But smile, girl! Let your personality shine through!
